I found a bottle of Tobiroki Special Junmai 👀.
I don't think it's the sweet and tasty one I like, but I couldn't resist buying it 🤩.

I opened a bottle of White to compare before I finish Red 🍾.
It has a sweet but not too sweet taste and a pineapple-like flavor similar to (the same as?) Red. The obvious difference is that there is no carbonation.

The lid is a crown, the same as the lid on a beer bottle.
When I opened it with all my might like a beer, it overflowed vigorously and about 1/5 of it disappeared with the foam 😱.
It is difficult to store once opened because of the crown. I wonder if it is a crown on a dare because the creator wants you to drink it before the quality changes.
It has a strong acidity like grapefruit and a good balance of sweetness and bitterness 🍊.
It's similar to Shinsei's Flax Cat Spark that I drank last time: ☺️
