I was expecting it to be a slow sweeter because it is brewed with kijoshu, but the oli, shuwashi carbonation, and strong acidity make it nicely balanced👍.
The lid is the same as a beer and once opened you have to finish the 500mm 😋 The alcohol content is low, about 13 degrees, but I got drunk well 😵💫
