First of all, the aroma is gorgeous and fruity, just like a daiginjo 🍍. The first thing that struck me when I first drank it was the strong acidity 😋. Overall, it has a great balance of first sourness, then sweetness, and finally a slight bitterness without any peculiarities 👏. As the name Kamerei suggests, it tasted beautiful 🐢. I would definitely drink it again. This time I happened to find it at a liquor store, but I don't think it's easily available 😩. I have a lot of information on availability at sake breweries, so I guess I'll just have to go buy it, prepared to strike out... though it will be a small trip 🚙. It was delicious (^...^)

It's been a long time since I've had an Otters 20/30 😃. It smells so good 👃. The taste has a great balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity as well as a freshness without any peculiarities 👏. It is the first Eiko Fuji and the first Sake Mirai. It is sweet with a good amount of spiciness typical of sake, and fruity because of its acidity 🍍. The bitterness is one step behind and has a nice sharpness 🍍🗡️ Very well balanced and went well with meals 🍱. It was delicious!

I opened a bottle of Viridian I found at my favorite liquor store the other day 🍾. It tastes strong 😆. It's sweet but not too sweet, juicy with a strong acidity and wood vat flavor 🍊. It's like wine, but you can feel the richness of the rice, so it's like it's sake after all 🍶. It was delicious!

It is sweet and tasty 😋. It is less sweet than the regular Sairai. You can feel the acidity in it 🍊 Soupy, fresh aroma and juicy taste🍏. The intensity of flavor 🥂 is as good as a dark meal. It was delicious.

This is my second packaged sake 🍶. Since I like sweet and umami, I chose Banshu Aizan, which has a sweet image. As usual, you can still taste the umami, and the balance of sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness is good 😀. The last time I was even impressed was with a Banshu Yamadanishiki nama-shu 🌾. It's a matter of personal taste, but I think the Banshu Yamadanishiki Nama-shu had a bit more umami, a bit less bitterness and pungency, and was more refreshing because it was a Nama-shu, so for me it was easier to drink last time 🤔 (this is only if you compare it to Banshu Yamadanishiki, which is the same package sake, but basically it's on a higher level). It's basically on a higher level) It was delicious ^_^

It is a sweet and tasty sake with a sour taste that I like 😃. It also has a bitter taste and a clean aftertaste 🍋. It doesn't go with sweet food, the sweetness of the sake disappears. It went well with strong, salty tasting food 🍹. It was delicious.

It has a strong fruity aroma and a strong sweet and savory flavor. In the middle of it, you can feel the bitterness and it is clean and sharp 🍍. Personally, I thought it was a little peculiar at first, but when I paired it with strong flavored food, it became very easy to drink😊. It was delicious ^_^

I found a bottle of Tobiroki Special Junmai 👀. I don't think it's the sweet and tasty one I like, but I couldn't resist buying it 🤩. The sweetness is moderate. There is a strong sense of rice flavor and alcohol release, which is very much like sake. ☺️ The freshness and slight bitterness made it crisp and refreshing 🍾. It was delicious!

This is good 😆. It is sweet and delicious, especially the umami is wonderful 👏. The sweetness and umami of the rice perfectly matches my taste 💯. It's also very easy to drink, with little bitterness or alcohol flavor 😋. I can't wait to look at the packing slip next time I make my sake selection 🐒🦀.

The moment you drink it, you will get a dark sweet and sour taste 🍏. The mild astringency comes later and the aftertaste is crisp 🥂. My personal feeling is that it is more suited for a toast than for a meal 🤔. It was delicious!

I was expecting it to be a slow sweeter because it is brewed with kijoshu, but the oli, shuwashi carbonation, and strong acidity make it nicely balanced👍. I opened a bottle of White to compare before I finish Red 🍾. It has a sweet but not too sweet taste and a pineapple-like flavor similar to (the same as?) Red. The obvious difference is that there is no carbonation. The obvious differences are the lack of carbonation and the absence of oli, which gives it a more subdued taste 🥂. It was delicious.

I bought this sake after the owner of the liquor store recommended it to me as the sake that made KANGIKU's breakthrough 🙂. Lots of carbonation and a loud pop when you open the lid 😳. It's sweet but not too sweet, with a bitter taste of oli and alcohol, and a nice balance of sourness 👌. I had heard the flavor was pineapple-like and it was definitely true 🍍. It was delicious (^O^)

It was a set of hana yang. I could tell from drinking it that the owner of the liquor store was not looking to make a profit 😀. This is my second bottle of Shinsei in my life. The taste is like a moderate but sweet, sour, no bitterness 🥂. I wonder if the sweetness of the rice and the aroma and sourness of the wooden vat make it juicy like a grapefruit 🤔. Anyway it was delicious (^O^)
