It was sweeter than I expected 🍰.
The label clearly said it was a rich sweet type 👀.
It tasted slightly sour and stiffly sweet!

I bought a Junmai Daiginjo of Tasake😊.
It had a more bitter taste than the usual Tasake and had a nice sharpness to it 🍶I wonder if this is a characteristic of this sake rice 🤔.

Shinsei Cosmos was opened 🍾.
It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, and you can also taste the wooden vat 🌲.
As always, the taste is unlike any other sake 🍹.

I bought this alcohol as a tie-in to the No.6 x type direct pass 🍶.
It wasn't exactly the sake I wanted, so the bar was low, but I was surprised when I tried it: ‼️
It is one of the best tasting sakes I have ever had👍.
Fruity aroma typical of daiginjo 🍌.
It has a good umami taste, a nice acidity, and no bitterness 😀.
I'm glad I found a good sake that I like (^...^)

This is a Jikin Nama Sake that I got at a New Year's event at a liquor store that I always visit 😋.
I wanted to keep it a little longer, but decided to take the plunge and open the bottle because it is a draft sake 🍾.
The balance of umami and sweetness is perfect👍.
It's a gorgeous, fruity, and a bit petite because it's a nama-shu 🍈.
It was delicious 🍈.

It has a strong image of sake-like umami 🍶 (or umami of Sake Mirai...)
It's a typical Akabu sake with sweetness but sharpness 😋.

It's been a while since I've posted due to transfers and exams.
I've been holding off for about 3 weeks, so I decided to go with the new policy for the sake ban 🍶.
The label said "to be enjoyed at a temperature close to room temperature", so I decided to pour it into a glass and drink it a little later: 🕰️
Then the umami and acidity became more pronounced and it was very tasty 😋.
I drank it with gusto after a long time. ☺️

I found a Junmai Ginjo from Abeno and bought it 🍶.
I like to drink abe but this time abe tasted a bit light 🤔.
I drank the rest of the bottle another day and it tastes deeper 🤔...
I wonder if it is the compatibility with the matching snacks or the change due to the passage of days, sake is very deep 😋.

It's been a while since I've had a flax cat spark 😸.
I opened it normally and the bubbles overflowed a bit, it's highly carbonated and very shwashy 🍺.
It's less sweet and more acidic than most Niimasa 😋.

I found a Banshu Yamada Nishiki from Kafuda Sake and bought it 😀 I had drunk the same one before and was very impressed with it.
I was so impressed by the same one I had before that I decided to buy it when I found it 🍶.
It's delicious, but I think it's very different from what I had before 🤔.
It has the same strong umami flavor, but it is thicker and less clear...
So I went back to my previous post and noticed that the package tag of the previous sake had "Nama Sake" written in red 🙀.
But this was very tasty as well (^...)

This is the sake I got at the Fukubako event 😀.
The other sake I got (Shinsei Agrarian Art Introduction, Jikin Yatanishiki Nama, Jikin Nabari) are at a level where I can't easily open them 🙀I had a tremendous luck of the lottery early in the New Year 🎯.
This sake is made by Ryoseki Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer in Hanayuup, and it is still sweet and delicious 🍶.
I personally prefer to drink it well chilled because it becomes sharp when chilled 🧊.

I bought a bottle of Collage unfiltered draft 🍶.
The taste is clear, but it is unfiltered, so it tastes like a chrysanthemum.

I was excited to buy Akabu's superlative Nozan because it was the end of the year and the beginning of the New Year 😅.
The taste is clean and clear, and even an amateur can tell that really good rice has been carefully crafted into sake 🤔.
It's refreshing but has a depth of flavor and a good bitterness that makes it a great cut 🤔 ⚔️
The aroma and flavor are great too, due to the 35% rice polishing ratio 🍍.
It was a great way to end the year 👏.

The first one was labeled "Origami I" on the front label, but this time it was labeled "Origami II".
As a beginner and not having compared the two, I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the first and second, but I'm sure it's delicious 🤭.
It's a very different taste from the usual Collage because it's unfiltered, raw, and ogara-mi.
