Two of the liquor stores I frequent were having a drawing for Senbon-Nishiki, so I entered the drawing at each store and by some miracle, I won two bottles 🎯. So I brought one bottle to the izakaya to serve to my co-workers and drank it all in two hours 🍾. It was well balanced and really tasty. I will keep the remaining bottle in the fridge for safekeeping and enjoy it later at my usual home drinking 🤭.

I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

Fruity aroma like banana 🍌. Ripe, mildly delicious and sweet, but at the same time balanced and clear with a touch of bitterness 🍶. The strong flavor went well with strong tasting meals 👏. It was delicious.

The brewery was aware of Japanese pear🍐. The fruity aroma certainly gives it away🤥. When you drink it, the fruity aroma and sweetness spreads, and there is a freshness. Slight bitterness gives a sense of sharpness. It was delicious (^...^)

The aroma is melon-flavored and fruity 🍈. The taste is more on the dry side, but the sweetness of the rice can be felt 😋. Well balanced, clear and very easy to drink 🍶. It has no peculiarities and is refreshing, and I think it is excellent as a food sake 🍣. My personal feeling is that it is similar to Otters. It was delicious.

Strongly carbonated, wine-like liquor 🥂. Grape-like flavor 🍇. Sweet and tasty, but the bitter acidity gives it a sharpness that is typical of summer sake 🌴. The lid is a beer bottle type and once you open it, there is no turning back. It's hard to finish 4 gongs, but since I have a day off tomorrow, I decided to open the bottle 🍾. It was delicious!

It is a sweet and refreshing sake 🤲. Nice aroma with a slight ginjo aroma 🥂. Well-balanced acidity and bitterness, giving it a refreshing feeling. Sake that is well-balanced without any peculiarities is still easy to drink and tasty. ⚖️ It was delicious!

This sake is made by Kiyamasa Shuzo, which is well known for Jikin 🍶. It has the same flavor as Jikin, which I have had at an izakaya before 😋. However, it is not as clear as Jikin because it is made from the same sake yeast as Jikin, but has a sourness like Shinmasa 🍋. Comparing it with the remaining Niimasa's Vigilian, the acidity is still very similar 🥂. However, the overall taste is clearer than the Vigilian, and it still has a strong sake character, so I thought it would go really well with Japanese food 🍣. It was delicious! It's a bit expensive (720ml, 3300 yen) because it's a junmai daiginjo made using the traditional sake yeast, but the taste was well worth it 💸.

I was lucky enough to be able to buy a direct-from-order Valigian, so I opened a bottle of the regular version that I had in stock 🍾 (I'm saving some of the orderly for a while). Fruity aroma 🍌. Strong acidity🍏. Slight sweetness 🍚. A little bitterness 🥂. It was delicious!

I remember how excited I was when I found it on display in my liquor store fridge back in June 😆. I was saving it because the quality guarantee expires at the end of August, but I decided to open it 🍾. (My first No.6, take a sip) Hi ❗️ good 😋. In addition to the usual Niimasa acidity and umami, it has a clear and gorgeous flavor 💯. It was great 👏.

First of all, the aroma is gorgeous and fruity, just like a daiginjo 🍍. The first thing that struck me when I first drank it was the strong acidity 😋. Overall, it has a great balance of first sourness, then sweetness, and finally a slight bitterness without any peculiarities 👏. As the name Kamerei suggests, it tasted beautiful 🐢. I would definitely drink it again. This time I happened to find it at a liquor store, but I don't think it's easily available 😩. I have a lot of information on availability at sake breweries, so I guess I'll just have to go buy it, prepared to strike out... though it will be a small trip 🚙. It was delicious (^...^)

It's been a long time since I've had an Otters 20/30 😃. It smells so good 👃. The taste has a great balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity as well as a freshness without any peculiarities 👏. After experiencing many different sakes (I'm still a beginner), I found this sake to be an impressive level of deliciousness 🍶. It was delicious (^...^)

It is the first Eiko Fuji and the first Sake Mirai. It is sweet with a good amount of spiciness typical of sake, and fruity because of its acidity 🍍. The bitterness is one step behind and has a nice sharpness 🍍🗡️ Very well balanced and went well with meals 🍱. It was delicious!

I opened a bottle of Viridian I found at my favorite liquor store the other day 🍾. It tastes strong 😆. It's sweet but not too sweet, juicy with a strong acidity and wood vat flavor 🍊. It's like wine, but you can feel the richness of the rice, so it's like it's sake after all 🍶. It was delicious!

It is sweet and tasty 😋. It is less sweet than the regular Sairai. You can feel the acidity in it 🍊 Soupy, fresh aroma and juicy taste🍏. The intensity of flavor 🥂 is as good as a dark meal. It was delicious.
