It had a more bitter taste than the usual Tasake and had a nice sharpness to it 🍶I wonder if this is a characteristic of this sake rice 🤔.

This sake is made by Ryoseki Shuzo, a well-known sake brewer in Hanayuup, and it is still sweet and delicious 🍶.
I personally prefer to drink it well chilled because it becomes sharp when chilled 🧊.

I was excited to buy Akabu's superlative Nozan because it was the end of the year and the beginning of the New Year 😅.
