Fruity aroma 🍈.
It is juicy and sweet 😋.
The freshness and bitterness unique to unfiltered unpasteurized sake makes it crisp and refreshing.
It was delicious (^...^)
Melon-like aroma 🍈.
Elegant taste with a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness 🍶.
If you are wondering what to buy, I would say 寫楽 or 荷札酒😋.
It was delicious!
I went to Gunma on business and bought a bottle of Machida Shuzo, which represents Gunma 🚙.
It has a gorgeous and elegant aroma that is typical of unfiltered sake 🍸.
It is sweet and delicious in the mouth (quite sweet) and at the same time has a moderate bitterness, which is refreshing overall 😋.
It has a bit of a shwashiness to it.
It was delicious.
It has a fresh and gorgeous flavor that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake 😋.
It has a strong flavor, with the sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki followed by a dry feeling and a nice sharpness 🍹.
It seems to go well with strong meals 🍛.
It was delicious!
This is my second X-type 😋.
I bought it in August, but took the plunge and opened the bottle since the quality retention period is at the end of October 🍾.
It tastes really stylish.
It has a gorgeous sweet flavor with a fruity acidity that is typical of Shinsei 🍋.
I won't say too much, it was delicious 🍋.
Fruity aroma 🍌.
Clear and tasty, with a good balance of acidity and bitterness, no complaints 😋.
Clear but full of flavor, it will go well with a wide range of meals from light to dark 🍣🥟.
It was delicious ^_^
Two of the liquor stores I frequent were having a drawing for Senbon-Nishiki, so I entered the drawing at each store and by some miracle, I won two bottles 🎯.
So I brought one bottle to the izakaya to serve to my co-workers and drank it all in two hours 🍾.
It was well balanced and really tasty.
I will keep the remaining bottle in the fridge for safekeeping and enjoy it later at my usual home drinking 🤭.
I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳.
It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷.
The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊.
It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛.
It was delicious.
It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.
Fruity aroma like banana 🍌.
Ripe, mildly delicious and sweet, but at the same time balanced and clear with a touch of bitterness 🍶.
The strong flavor went well with strong tasting meals 👏.
It was delicious.
The brewery was aware of Japanese pear🍐.
The fruity aroma certainly gives it away🤥.
When you drink it, the fruity aroma and sweetness spreads, and there is a freshness.
Slight bitterness gives a sense of sharpness.
It was delicious (^...^)
The aroma is melon-flavored and fruity 🍈.
The taste is more on the dry side, but the sweetness of the rice can be felt 😋.
Well balanced, clear and very easy to drink 🍶.
It has no peculiarities and is refreshing, and I think it is excellent as a food sake 🍣.
My personal feeling is that it is similar to Otters.
It was delicious.
Strongly carbonated, wine-like liquor 🥂.
Grape-like flavor 🍇.
Sweet and tasty, but the bitter acidity gives it a sharpness that is typical of summer sake 🌴.
The lid is a beer bottle type and once you open it, there is no turning back.
It's hard to finish 4 gongs, but since I have a day off tomorrow, I decided to open the bottle 🍾.
It was delicious!
It is a sweet and refreshing sake 🤲.
Nice aroma with a slight ginjo aroma 🥂.
Well-balanced acidity and bitterness, giving it a refreshing feeling.
Sake that is well-balanced without any peculiarities is still easy to drink and tasty. ⚖️
It was delicious!
This sake is made by Kiyamasa Shuzo, which is well known for Jikin 🍶.
It has the same flavor as Jikin, which I have had at an izakaya before 😋.
However, it is not as clear as Jikin because it is made from the same sake yeast as Jikin, but has a sourness like Shinmasa 🍋.
Comparing it with the remaining Niimasa's Vigilian, the acidity is still very similar 🥂.
However, the overall taste is clearer than the Vigilian, and it still has a strong sake character, so I thought it would go really well with Japanese food 🍣.
It was delicious!
It's a bit expensive (720ml, 3300 yen) because it's a junmai daiginjo made using the traditional sake yeast, but the taste was well worth it 💸.
I was lucky enough to be able to buy a direct-from-order Valigian, so I opened a bottle of the regular version that I had in stock 🍾 (I'm saving some of the orderly for a while).
Fruity aroma 🍌.
Strong acidity🍏.
Slight sweetness 🍚.
A little bitterness 🥂.
It was delicious!
Fruity aroma with sourness 🍇.
You can taste the flavor and sweetness of the rice, with a strong aftertaste of sourness and bitterness 😊.
It has a strong flavor, but the sourness and bitterness make it a refreshing sake perfect for hot weather 🌴.
It was delicious.
Sour fruity aroma🍍.
The taste was just like the aroma, with a stronger acidity than expected 🍹.
A refreshing summery drink. 🏝️
Personally, I prefer Banshu Yamadanishiki even if it is the same packaged sake because it is clearer and more balanced 🤭.
That said, it was delicious (^...^)
Fruity aroma like banana 🍌.
One sip and it's good 😆.
Sweet and easy to drink 😋.
Sake-like flavor, with a slight bitterness that comes later and gives it a nice kick 🍶.
I think it is a perfect balance 👏.
It was delicious!
Slightly carbonated, with a refreshing aroma that escapes 🤥.
It is a sweet and tasty type, with a sharp (bitter) acidity, refreshing as a summer sake 🍹.
The taste is not a clear rice flavor, but more like a fruit that is new to the palate and has its own character 🥭.
It was delicious ^_^
I remember how excited I was when I found it on display in my liquor store fridge back in June 😆.
I was saving it because the quality guarantee expires at the end of August, but I decided to open it 🍾.
(My first No.6, take a sip) Hi ❗️ good 😋.
In addition to the usual Niimasa acidity and umami, it has a clear and gorgeous flavor 💯.
It was great 👏.
