When I went to Fukushima City on business, I stopped by "Echigoya" and bought a bottle of Fukushima-made instrument Masamune 💸. There were refrigerators of various temperatures to ensure thorough storage: ⛄️ It is called Aizan, which means "love mountain" and it has a deep sweet flavor with an aroma of ripe fruit 🍌. Surprisingly sour bitter and sharp 🍶. It was delicious!

I found a bottle of Collage and I bought it 👀. It's a different from the usual sweet and tasty clear Collage 🍶. It's a very fruity aroma, sweetness, acidity, and gas. The fruity aroma combined with sweetness, acidity and gasiness was delicious.

I also went to Kakinuma Sake Shop in Tokyo and bought some Mimuro Cedar which I couldn't buy at my usual store 😃. Sweet aroma like banana 🍌. It is sweet and tasty with a refreshing acidity 🥂. Not too bitter and very easy to drink 😸. I can see why it is so popular 👏. It was delicious!

When I was in the Tokyo area, I went to "Kaki-numa" in Adachi-ku🍶. I found a bottle of Masamune that was not sold at my usual liquor store, so I bought it immediately 💸. It's not a ginjo-shu, but it has a very fruity and nice aroma 🍐. The taste is sweet and tasty with a hint of bitterness and acidity, a great balance often found in popular sake, and it even has a freshness to it 🥂. I didn't know you could buy this for a little over 1200 yen (4 parts bottle) 🤩. It was delicious!

I found a Yamada Nishiki Hanayuup and bought it 💰. The Omachi I drank before was like sweetly delicious, but the sweetness is much lessened (but still sweet) 🧃. The taste is rich and you can really taste the umami of the rice, which is typical of Yamadanishiki 🍶. It was delicious!

I went to Gunma on business and bought a bottle of Machida Shuzo, which represents Gunma 🚙. It has a gorgeous and elegant aroma that is typical of unfiltered sake 🍸. It is sweet and delicious in the mouth (quite sweet) and at the same time has a moderate bitterness, which is refreshing overall 😋. It has a bit of a shwashiness to it. It was delicious.

This is my second X-type 😋. I bought it in August, but took the plunge and opened the bottle since the quality retention period is at the end of October 🍾. It tastes really stylish. It has a gorgeous sweet flavor with a fruity acidity that is typical of Shinsei 🍋. I won't say too much, it was delicious 🍋.

Two of the liquor stores I frequent were having a drawing for Senbon-Nishiki, so I entered the drawing at each store and by some miracle, I won two bottles 🎯. So I brought one bottle to the izakaya to serve to my co-workers and drank it all in two hours 🍾. It was well balanced and really tasty. I will keep the remaining bottle in the fridge for safekeeping and enjoy it later at my usual home drinking 🤭.

I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.
