I will have it at the end of summer
It has a strong umami flavor, but it is very dry.
But still dry!
Not too much acidity, which is typical of summer sake.
But for some reason, it seems like a summer sake.

I also had Kido yesterday, although with a different label 🎵.
It's really tasty and the costumers love it 😋.
It's a pity I couldn't drink Natsu no Shippu this year too 🥺.
