Color is goldish
The aroma is of rice.
The taste is of rice flavor, but the aftertaste is surprisingly dry (although it is rated as having a long aftertaste).
It goes better with food than on its own, and is perfect with stewed cubes.
Color is clear with a slight yellowish tinge
Aroma: melon-like ginjo aroma, standard aroma volume
The taste is delicious with a hint of sweetness from the rice, and is a bit downscaled from what is considered to be a more expensive grade.
As a daily, it is my favorite type of sake.
A winter-only sake at the beginning of summer...sweat
The color is almost colorless and transparent.
Viscosity is not so high.
The aroma is melon-like ginjo aroma, and you can tell it's delicious even before you drink it.
The taste is just as expected, with sweetness and umami coming together.
The acidity is moderate, and it gives it the freshness and sharpness typical of a winter sake.
The aftertaste is also good, with just the right amount of bitterness.
Next year (this year?) I definitely want to repeat!
I know it's been talked about, but this is my first time

Delicious, but not as good as wine...lol...good as a normal sake
Slightly yellowish hue, light and smooth.
Aroma is fruity, but in small quantities
The taste is light, with the sweetness of Junmai-like rice.
As with the color and aroma, it is light and refreshing.
It can be enjoyed on its own rather than as a food sake.
It does not have much power, so it may be overpowered by strong flavored food, and is best enjoyed with light Japanese food.
New sake, a bit late in the season...
Near colorless, but with a slight yellowish tinge.
Nama sake, 17 degrees Celsius, with a thickening effect.
The aroma is more freshness of new sake than ginjo aroma.

The aroma is of rice, as is typical of junmai, and the alcohol is drier than expected.
The taste is a refreshing push of rice flavor.
It is not as dry as the dryness expected from the aroma, and there is a lingering aftertaste.
Personally, I would have preferred a little more richness for hiyaoroshi, but I enjoyed the good balance and it was delicious!
Yellowish-greenish color, viscosity is light.
Melon and slightly alcoholic aroma.
It has a dryness that is more pronounced than the umami that is typical of junmai sake.
The aftertaste is dry with a sense of alcohol rather than a lingering aftertaste.
I found out that it is a sake that goes well with ayu fish, and it certainly seems to go well with light white meat.
Slightly thick type
Sweet aroma of rice, typical of junmai sake
Not much ginjo aroma due to the 70% rice polishing, but that's good.
The taste is very delicious with the umami of rice.
When cold, you can hardly feel the alcohol taste.
When the temperature is slightly higher, the aftertaste is a little dry.

Good as a food sake, snack type
Alone...
Melon-like ginjo aroma, mild.
When drunk cold, the aroma can only be clearly detected after swirling.
The taste is straightforward, full-bodied and umami.
After the long umami aftertaste, a little acidity remains to give it a sharpness.
The dryness of the alcohol taste is moderate.
I like it very much, but it seems to be distributed in limited quantities, so it would be difficult to repeat...

It may be relatively light for a hiyaoroshi, but it is delicious!
Gentle rice aroma, different from ginjo aroma
Slightly alcoholic aroma, as is typical of Harazake.
The taste is a straight line of rice flavor, not too dry for a sake in its purest form.
The aftertaste is long and lingering.
No complexity, but a simple umami taste.
Banana-like sweet ginjo aroma
The aroma does not betray the flavor of the rice, which is typical of hiyaoroshi.
The slight dryness (alcohol) and lingering rice flavor linger for a long time.
Delicious!
