Slightly thick type
Sweet aroma of rice, typical of junmai sake
Not much ginjo aroma due to the 70% rice polishing, but that's good.
The taste is very delicious with the umami of rice.
When cold, you can hardly feel the alcohol taste.
When the temperature is slightly higher, the aftertaste is a little dry.
I like it very much and would like to repeat it, but it is only available in summer...
