New sake, a bit late in the season... Near colorless, but with a slight yellowish tinge. Nama sake, 17 degrees Celsius, with a thickening effect. The aroma is more freshness of new sake than ginjo aroma. The taste is firm and full of rice flavor. The aftertaste is dry with a touch of alcohol, but the umami is still there. Very much to my liking.
