Yellowish-greenish color, viscosity is light.
Melon and slightly alcoholic aroma.
It has a dryness that is more pronounced than the umami that is typical of junmai sake.
The aftertaste is dry with a sense of alcohol rather than a lingering aftertaste.
I found out that it is a sake that goes well with ayu fish, and it certainly seems to go well with light white meat.
