First Hirotogawa Nigori 🍶.
Immediately after opening the bottle, it was so fizzy that it gushed out: 🤦🏻♂️
The sweetness was subdued, but the shwashiness and the silky nigori was very tasty!
Shinshu Kamerei received as a souvenir from Nagano Prefecture.
It is refreshing and easy to drink despite its bitterness and alcohol taste.
The sweetness is moderate, so it finishes the taste of food well.
Lightly sparkling and slightly sweet 🫧.
It tastes sweeter and more delicious when it is well chilled.
I recently started drinking Kangiku, and I'm glad to see it continues to be a hit: ☺️
Third bottle of New Year's 🍶Senkou UA Dragon🐉.
A moist and sweet sake with a hint of bubbles, just like a dessert!
It was a gorgeous bottle perfect for the New Year 😊.
Second New Year's bottle of Shinsei Viridian.
More fruity than I expected 🍏.
Maybe because it's been sitting for almost 6 months, the acidity has been reduced and it's easier to drink.
The fruity taste is the best ever!
The first bottle for New Year's
HanayoYukyu Yamadanishiki that has been aged for about a year or so.
Strong sweetness and a hint of bitterness, very tasty!
A perfect bottle to drink on special occasions 🍶.
I drank it for the first time last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought it again this year!
Refreshing sweetness and just the right amount of alcohol.
The freshness can be felt directly and it is very delicious 😋.
I was curious to buy electric chrysanthemum because I often saw it on social media posts.
Surprisingly, it was my first Danshikiku brand 😆.

Opened a bottle of freshly squeezed raw Kachikoma that I won in a drawing this spring.
Gentle sweetness and a refreshing bitterness, I don't mind the alcohol taste.
The aftertaste is so refreshing that you can keep drinking it without getting tired of it 😊.
Next to Nama Nigori, a bottle of sake Musashi was opened.
A bottle made with local sake rice "sake musashi" from Saitama Prefecture.
Less sweet and refreshing than the other Hanaoyukas, with a slight alcohol taste.
We opened a bottle of Hanayokyu Nama-Nagori Sake, which had not been opened for a year.
The nigori is thick, thick and gently sweet.
It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness, and tastes like a lactic acid bacteria drink.
Gentle and refreshing on the palate, yet slightly sweet.
Goes well with citrus dishes 🍳.
I was lucky to be able to buy it at a nearby liquor store because I couldn't when I went on a trip to Miyagi in the summer: ✌️
A bottle I got as a souvenir from a trip to Nagano.
The sweetness of the rice is strong, and while it has an alcoholic taste, the sweetness is so strong that it doesn't bother me too much.
Very easy to drink 🍶.
Not "two hares" but "two wolves" 🐺.
The sweetness of the rice is refreshing, the alcohol is not too much, and it's delicious!
