Easy to drink
Fresh acidity and gorgeous mouthfeel, but with a sharp aftertaste. Not like a mellow sweetness.
I can understand the concept of matching it with nabe dishes.
It seems they use an aromatic yeast, and the mouthfeel is gorgeous. The aroma was amazing.
The aftertaste is dry, so it goes well with sushi!
But it is not too hard to drink.

It has a momentary sweetness, but it is very light and refreshing. Good with rice.
Compared to the Ecru, it had a more robust acidity, or rather, a tangy sensation on the tongue. Maybe it was the fact that it was freshly brewed.
It is easy to drink because of its sweetness. It has a strong assertiveness.
