Red Seal
First of all, the aroma is so gorgeous. It came firmly.
The sweetness spreads in the first sip. The sweetness is rather strong. It almost makes you forget the rice. And yet, it's not too strong. It's very tasty. I like it.
It's not so much that it's thick as it is that it has a smooth aftertaste.
The acidity is amazing, just as I had heard.
It's sweet too, so it's like a cocktail. I heard they make it in a different way than usual. See the bottle below.
Nectarine, apricot, shiso, and celluloid.
Finally opened the package. Been warming it up for a long time.
The aroma is gorgeous!
The first sip is sweet, but the aftertaste is not too strong and doesn't interfere with the meal.
I love it!
I asked if they had any sake that was not on the menu, and they offered it to me.
It had a mild taste with a slightly firm aftertaste. Perfect for drinking on its own.
It had a complex and thick flavor.
