Next, I've decided to go with Niidashi Zenshuu ✨.
This is the first sake I've ever had ✨
I thought it would be very sour since it's called mizu-hashiroshi 😅...
The sweetness and acidity are well balanced and you can also enjoy the umami of the rice 😊.
It's a good sake 😁.
