My first Shinsei! We were thrilled to finally meet the Shinsei we had longed for!
I took a sip and was amazed, "Is this sake? I was surprised!
The fruity taste was like a white wine? The fruity taste was like a white wine, but you could also taste the soft sweetness of the rice, like a combination of the best of both white wine and sake. I was so impressed by the taste that I almost cried lol!
It's a delicate and wonderful sake. ♥️ I was happy to be able to drink it!
#Wa Sake Tachiton Day after tomorrow
It was my first time to try Jikin! It was very juicy and fresh even though it was fire-aged. ♥️
It is moderately rich and has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness!
I was going to drink it carefully, a little at a time, but it was so delicious that I finished it right away😍 lol

My first time at Kaze no Mori! It was fruity and easy to drink!
It was refreshing and tasty with a hint of bitterness!
I heard that it is interesting to compare the soft water Senkou and hard water Kaze no Mori, but it was too difficult for my stupid tongue lol.
But I can feel that both were made with great care, and there is no doubt that they are incredibly delicious sakes 😊.

Jay & Nobby, thank you for your comments😊I couldn't figure out how to reply to you, so I looked it up, but I couldn't find the reply button? I'm sorry if I didn't reply to your comment. I would like to try different Sentori 😍.
I visited Chojamachi Yokocho in the Fushimi Underground Mall in Aichi Prefecture🥰.
I found "Kamerei" which I became a big fan of on my trip to Hiroshima!
It was crisp, dry and still delicious!

This is my first time to try brewer's kuheiji!
It had a fruity and gentle taste and was so delicious and impressive😍It went well with grilled white eel!
#Eel House Shibafukuya
It is dry but you can also taste the sweetness of the rice.
It is slightly mellow, but not heavy, making it easy to drink and delicious as a mealtime sake 😊.
The aroma was not perceptible, just a hint of sweetness, and the drink was pleasant!
Slightly mellow? I thought it was a little mellow, but it was a bargain, so I wondered if that had something to do with it, since it was six months old from the date of manufacture? (Sorry, I'm new to sake and don't know much about it.)
Personally, I compared it to the Junmai Daiginjo I drank last month, and I like that one better! I like that one better!
I'm also curious about Hakkaisan, which I haven't had yet! Sake from Niigata is delicious 😊.
