Sandesi (← I wanted to say that), a honjozo sake purchased last week at Wagura Sake Brewery's direct sales place. I drank too much yesterday, so today I'm going to enjoy it with a little bit of sipping ✨. The aroma is mild, the mouthfeel is soft, and the sweetness is short and full of umami. It is a fresh sake with a slight bitterness. The taste was clear and fresh 😀.

Wazo Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture, has a direct sales office on the outskirts of Kimitsu City, which I visited after eating Takeoka Ramen. The brands include Takeoka, Seisen, and Shikanozan. This sake is only listed as Wazo, but looking online, it seems to be from the Shikanoyama series, so we check in here. The aroma is mild, and when you drink it, it has a slight piquancy and great umami, which spreads in your mouth. It has a delicious acidity that is refreshing from the umami. If I go to a sake brewery, I would still choose the freshly pressed sake 😁.

Shikanoyama, not Kanouzan. Sake that is refreshing and has a nice mouthfeel. Classical label is also good👍. Sake brewery in Takeoka, Futtsu City. Just the other day I climbed Mt. Sawtooth and had crispy fluffy fried horse mackerel at Takeoka, excellent 😊.

Opened on February 21, 2022 Purchased at the brewery Wazo Sake Brewery Full of the aroma of sake lees! A smokiness that is vaguely like roasted dried squid ^ ^. This is the first time I've ever tasted this kind of wine. 🍬 like milk candy In the muddiness, the milkiness is even more ❗️. I love this 😍.

鹿野山　手造り　原酒　70％ 18～19度　醸造アルコール 東京から千葉まで買い付けに。私の思い込みかもだがこの緑の四角形型の瓶酒を関東でたまに見かけるが美味しかった試しがない。 開栓して一口目、案の定のヒネ酒だった。ベッタリと口の中に絡みつく味は燗にしてもなお臭みの増加となった。料理酒として沢山消費せざる終えなかった。 和蔵酒造では実は過去二つさけのわに投稿していてどちらも意外な高評価をつけている。酒米でない地元米を使いうまく仕上げていたので記憶に残ってる酒だった。ちょうど現地で購入直後に台風大雨被害を受けてしまい心配している酒蔵である。 こういう大衆酒ももう少しうまく仕上げてくれたらなあ。 評価☆　　　20191126
