One of those "jackets" that you just had to have.
Gassan in Shimane Prefecture? But since the brewery is located in Yasugi, I was convinced that it was the home of the Amago family at Tsukiyama-Tonda Castle! I was convinced. It is a must for lovers of Nobunaga's Ambition.
You can feel the richness of the rice flavor. It leaves a nice feeling long after drinking. Maybe it would be good with nukazuke (pickles) as a side dish?

Encountering the Gunma Sake Brewery Project at a department store
There were about 10 brands of "all-Gunma" sake brewed by breweries in the prefecture using Gunma's own sake rice brand Maikaze, which was recommended to me.
The sake was touted to be super dry, but it wasn't that dry.
It was not so much a food sake, but more of a snack.
