At a department store, I found a sake from Okinawa's only sake brewery!
The mellow aroma of rice is strong and a little peculiar, but it is a very tasty sake!
This leaves only Oita Prefecture!
After a long time of drinking junmai sake, you can taste what could be called a miscellaneous taste, but it is also very unique and delicious!
I've been buying it at department stores, supermarkets, roadside stations, and antenna stores in order to win all the prefectures, but I guess I'll have to rely on mail order for the remaining two prefectures...
As it is said to be "super dry", the first sip is a big hit!
However, it does not linger, so you may not be able to savor the aftertaste.
Depending on your palate, you may end up drinking it indefinitely!
It could be described as a complex flavor, but I am not sure if it is gorgeous or umami...
I had high expectations for this wine, as it appeared in the recommendations, but it was a bit disappointing.
It has a western Japan-like, umami flavor. It leaves a slight aftertaste.
I drank it at room temperature, but it will have a different taste if it is chilled.
Tomoyuki Kumagai, thank you for your comment.
Tensei, it was indeed in Kanagawa, wasn't it? Was it a brewery in Chigasaki?
They sometimes have it at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so I'll try it when I find it!
