After a long time of drinking junmai sake, you can taste what could be called a miscellaneous taste, but it is also very unique and delicious! I've been buying it at department stores, supermarkets, roadside stations, and antenna stores in order to win all the prefectures, but I guess I'll have to rely on mail order for the remaining two prefectures...

Good morning, Patchourek fans! (-‿-) In Kanagawa, there is a brand called Tianqing. I have only had the morning shibori, but it was very tasty.

Tomoyuki Kumagai, thank you for your comment. Tensei, it was indeed in Kanagawa, wasn't it? Was it a brewery in Chigasaki? They sometimes have it at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so I'll try it when I find it!

Get sake made from Tottori's "Strong" sake rice, which I had been curious about after seeing a trip to Japan on the main train line of the drinking railroad. It was full of rich flavor that was the complete opposite of sharp! I can see why the show recommended heating it up! Of course, it is also delicious chilled!
