Slightly amber in color. It is crisp, dry and very easy to drink. Anyway, it is the most cost-effective. The price may have gone up a bit now, but I was able to buy a four-pack for about 700 yen. It is a great sake for daily drinking. I went to see the brewery before, but it was closed for the Corona holidays.

The first time I drank ogara-mi was at "Ganki". The slightly cloudy white color with lees dancing around is fun just to look at. It is a pleasure just to watch the lees dancing on the surface. It is light and fluffy on the palate. It has a freshness that is typical of nama-zake. The sweetness is the main flavor, and the aroma of rice that escapes through the nose at the end of drinking is wonderful. It was a perfect match with chestnut with astringent skin fried.

Tastes like pineapple, passion fruit, and other thick tropical fruits. Insanely juicy. I had the impression that this sake alone could complete the meal without the need for any entrée. Therefore, rather than as a food sake, it may be better suited as a dessert sake or to enjoy the hana-yosu to the fullest! It may be better suited as a dessert sake or for those who want to enjoy the Hana-yosu to the fullest. I was very impressed when I found this sake at the store, because it is a sake that I have not been able to drink very often.

Gorgeous melon-like aroma and flavor. Fresh and elegant, this is a sake to be drunk slowly. Kobayashi Shuzo, the brewer of Hououmida, also sells fruit liqueurs such as yuzu sake and white peach sake. You can sometimes find them in wedding drinks. They are perfect for those who are not used to drinking sake or those who like fruity sake.

It has a thick mouthfeel and clinging sweetness. But the sourness keeps it from becoming sticky, which is a strange taste. I felt it was similar to plum wine. It is hard to believe that this taste is produced by the power of rice, koji, and yeast. Sake is profound! This is the first time I have had a sweet sake with a sake degree of -70. It is refreshing to come home from work in the hot summer and have a quick sip on the rocks. I think it is also perfect as a dessert sake.

I was shocked by this Souhyo, which shocked me at the time. I had never imagined a fruity sake until then. Now I prefer it hot and dry, with a rich rice flavor. Souhyo is the sake that got me hooked on sake.

Juicy, pineapple-like flavor. Very floral. As someone who started with the super-hot "Do-hai," I was surprised to find this fruity flavor. I am impressed by its wide range of taste. I also like how the brewery staff wore T-shirts that looked like baseball uniforms in the Akita Sake Brewers Association's introduction video. I love Yamamoto Sake Brewery, which is full of humor.
