I like it very much. It is less sweet and crisp at the end of the drink. It tastes almost like grated daikon radish. It is a sake with a deep nostalgia that seems to go well with any kind of food. I paired it with dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) and it was a winner.

Strong alcohol taste. Thick texture. It seems to go well with miso or soy sauce. I would like to drink it lukewarm with yellowtail teriyaki.
