Juicy, pineapple-like flavor. Very floral.
As someone who started with the super-hot "Do-hai," I was surprised to find this fruity flavor. I am impressed by its wide range of taste.
I also like how the brewery staff wore T-shirts that looked like baseball uniforms in the Akita Sake Brewers Association's introduction video.
I love Yamamoto Sake Brewery, which is full of humor.
