和服好きGreat taste of rice 😁I love it! However, it seems that there are different likes and dislikes. I learned about this sake on the podcast "Tanami Tamu", I've wanted to try it ever since. I've been wanting to try it ever since, I have been wanting to try this sake ever since then. They do not use any pesticides or organic fertilizers, They use rice bran and sake lees as fertilizer during the sake brewing process. 😭 I want to support this kind of enthusiastic sake brewery! 😁. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make delicious sake 🙏.

和服好きThe mellow aroma of rice spreads pleasantly. Warming it to lukewarm increases its fullness and gives it a relaxing taste. It is sold at local supermarkets and convenience stores, and the price is only about 450 yen for 300ml, so it is easy to enjoy. It comes in handy when I visit Izu 😊.

和服好きIt was the best food wine. While the sweetness and umami are well-defined, it is super easy to drink with a light, refreshing taste. The taste of rice and the aroma through the nose are also pleasant. In general, it is too well-balanced. The seared yellowtail with scallion ponzu was a perfect match. Seafood seems to go well with everything. It was a happy drink that never failed to impress me no matter how many times I drank it.

和服好きA fun to look at origami. The fresh and invigorating aroma is fragrant. It also has a tangy acidity on the palate. Nama-zake is the best. I felt a sweetness like apples...was I too much influenced by Aomori? LOL! The aftertaste is clean, and the aroma fades away as you swallow. It also makes the next sip more intriguing. The faint grain-based flavor in the aftertaste is also irresistible. This is the first good sake I bought on my own and I have fond memories of it. I was able to drink Hakusen on the happy occasion of New Year's, so it was a good start to the year.

和服好きThe gorgeous sweetness and light mouthfeel with a slight effervescence are the real appeal of nama-shu. The owner told me it was similar to Hanaoyokyu, but I prefer Shichida's refreshing sweetness. I guess I just haven't had the refreshing type of Hanahyokyu before lol. The gold letters on the pitch black label are cool.

The aroma of rice that escapes from the nose after drinking is pleasant. If you drink it as the first toast, you will feel very good and will be able to continue drinking the rest of the sake.
