immp1982I had friends over for hot pot today and drank this Hakkaisan. A blend of Hyogo Prefecture Yamada Nishiki and Nagano Prefecture Miyama Nishiki.
The aroma is light, with hints of honeydew melon, apple, and a sense of snow country. Smooth body, cotton and light in the mouth, slightly light bodied, low alcohol. Very drinkable.
