I drank it at the Iwate Prefectural Sake Show Convention. Why is it so good? The aroma was so light that it felt like it was caressing my nose. The body of the sake is light and airy, with a high clean elegance. I didn't hesitate to buy a bottle to take away! Very nice!

I bought this sake at the Nonguchi Shohiko Research Center in Kannon Shimo-cho, and brought it back to China after traveling thousands of miles. Drinking it off at a party with friends today. Although 17 degrees, the alcohol feeling is not very strong. The aroma is strong and charming. There are some flavors of honeydew melon and pear. The mouth is soft, the body is thick, and the aftertaste is long. Sweet aftertaste.

Super full of bubbles! Scared the hell out of me. Raw rice flavors are strong and slightly acidic, with a rich, concentrated body, long finish, and a slightly anti-bitter finish. Extremely refreshing!
