On a trip to Nagano, I purchased this sake at a liquor store famous for its local sake. There were four types, but I chose my favorite, Aizan. The low alu is a series of sake designed for overseas consumption. I was told that this Aizan had a taste of lychee. The impression I got from drinking it was definitely fruity. It is delicious with a touch of sweetness.

Sono Kankiku, which I bought some time ago, is my favorite sake brewery. Furthermore, Aizan, I bought immediately. It is refreshing with a touch of sweetness. I thought this was delicious. After this I bought the Denshikiku series, so I am looking forward to that as well.

They said the brand is sold twice a year. I made a reservation and bought it. When I bought it, the shopkeeper advised me to drink it as soon as possible. It certainly looks fresh. It also had a slight fizziness. It feels easy to drink.

This is the second bottle of instrumental Masamune. On opening the bottle, it has a gassy and melon taste. I thought it was delicious, neither too light nor too heavy.

Since I was in Sendai, I bought some local Miyagi sake. I was told that it was intended to be "the ultimate food sake." It is fruity and refreshing, with a touch of bitterness at the end. I think I understand the explanation that it is a food sake.

Akabu (AKABU) Amber, a new style of autumn sake. It was delicious, with a little sourness and sweetness. The label is nice, so it's half a jackpot.

I found my favorite Aizan, Aizan by Saku and bought it. I like the design of the bottle. It has a sweet, fruity flavor that I definitely like. It is a sake that I would like to drink slowly. Personally, I still like Aizan.

I stopped by Imanishi Sake Brewery on the approach to Ojin Shrine when I visited the shrine. I bought a bottle of Hiyayogoshi, which was released last week and is only available in Nara Prefecture. It is a low alcohol, once-fired sake. It is an easy-drinking type with a slight melon taste. I drank it easily.

I bought this when I visited Nasu. I bought it because I saw Aizan, my favorite sake brewery, featured on a YouTube video I watched just before. The store owner recommended it to me because it was a limited edition. I liked it a lot. It had a balance of fruity, light effervescence, and acidity that I really liked. I am looking forward to seeing how it changes over the course of a day.

Since I was in Nasu, I bought some local Tochigi sake at a local liquor store. I bought a bottle of Nanamizu for home and a small bottle of Soyojo for drinking at the hotel. It has a ginjo-like aroma, but it is not so sweet and is good as a food sake.

It's too late now, but I found summer sake and bought it immediately. It has a sour taste, but is very easy to drink. I thought this is what summer sake is all about. It has become my favorite sake.

I was informed that my usual liquor store had a bottle of No. 4, and I didn't hesitate to go there to buy it. The basic bottle is a 1.5 liter bottle, right? I drank it for the first time, and it is an easy-drinking sake with a sweet taste. I definitely like it.

This is my first Hiiroki. I had bought it some time ago, but finally opened it during the Obon vacation, thinking it would be a good time to take my time drinking it. I found it surprisingly refreshing. I feel I can drink it more and more.

It is said to be made with Abeno's Kijoshu method. It has a rich flavor and a strong sweetness. I think it has a strong melon taste. Many explanations recommend drinking it like a dessert, I understand.

I happened to find a bottle of the popular instrumental Masamune, which I had previously enjoyed at an izakaya and thought was delicious, so I bought it. The sake is easy to drink, slightly fruity, and at 13 degrees Celsius, it is even easier to drink.

Purchased at a department store in Ikebukuro. Kouei Kiku is delicious. As the name suggests, it has a citrus aroma and sour taste. It made me want to drink various Koei Kiku.

I had a chance to visit Suwa, so I stopped by the sake brewery store. I tasted three types of sake, but decided on Yamae-Nishiki, which is said to be the best in the world. I found it to be a clean, easy-drinking type. The store staff told me that if I had the chance, I should try the hi-ire version. I was told that Hi-ire is the best in the world.

I bought it because it happened to be at a liquor store I stopped by. I even went to the Craft Sake Week because I wanted to drink Abe, so I bought it without hesitation. When I opened the bottle, it had a fizziness. I think it has a strong flavor with a hint of orikara. It is delicious.
