This is the second bottle I prepared for the year-end and New Year's holidays, the Hanayu Shigou bottle. If there is a Yongo bottle, I will definitely buy it. This is the first time I have tasted Yamada-Nishiki, and I think the expression "mellow" is exactly right. It is delicious with a strong umami and sweetness. However, the taste is not cloying. This is a jackpot.

Last week I was in Shizuoka and found a bottle of Hatsukame at a liquor store I frequent. I ended up buying a W in Shizuoka, which I don't see in Tokyo, but I didn't think I would, so I bought the first Kame. I can feel the alcohol. It is a refreshing food sake.

I look forward to seeing these two kinds of chrysanthemums every year. The first one is "ORIGARAMI". It is fruity and apple-like. Then the fizz, and finally the bitterness. In my opinion, it is perfect. It is definitely delicious.

This sake was also given to us by a traveler to Aomori. He said that he had found a limited edition of this sake when he went to Hachinohe Sake Brewery. It has a light effervescence and a fruity sweetness at first, but it has a bitter taste at the end. This is my favorite type of sake.
