I bought it at Koyama Shoten, where I stopped by.
It is a stable taste.
The bottle has a "be careful not to open the bottle" tag on it,
I can also feel the slight fizziness.

This is the second "Senkori" following "Akatombo".
This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made using the "nama-hashiroshi" method,
It has a robust flavor.
Yet, it is easy to drink because of its 14% alcohol content,
It is also easy to drink.

On my way home from drinking, I stop by the store and have a drink. It's nice to have a place nearby where you can drink Shinsei anytime. (I heard there will be a Shinsei party on October 28.)
The quality is as high as ever, and the moment you put it in your mouth, you instantly feel the umami, acidity, sweetness, freshness, and slight bubbles.
