It's been a long time since I've had a "birthplace", At the 500 check-in for the break. Homase" is a variety native to Kumamoto from the Edo period (1603-1868). It is grown without pesticides or fertilizers in the Kikuchi River, which is the same source of brewing water for the brewery. It is a precious gem brewed using the same sake brewing water as the brewery. The freshness of the unpasteurized sake, The freshness of nama-zake, the fizzy, slightly effervescent taste, It is easy to drink at 13%, and is superbly delicious. I want to drink it again.
