I had "Eiko Fuji" at an izakaya called "BACHIYA" in Fuchu,
We went to an izakaya in Fuchu called "Sake and Oysters, Sometimes Oden BACHIYA".
I had never tasted such a sake before, and was told that it is made with "red yeast" that turns rosé when inactivated. It is low in alcohol and has a sour taste, making it seem like it is not sake.
I am impressed by the variety of sake available. I want to drink it again.

I had a great time at "Daisetsukenkei" in Fuchu,
We had it at an izakaya in Fuchu called "Sake and Oysters, Sometimes Oden BACHIYA".
It was freshly corked, so it was fresh and went well with the horse sashimi.
I would like to drink it again.

We went to an izakaya in Fuchu called "Sake and Oysters, Sometimes Oden BACHIYA".
They had a bottle of sake called "Kafuda-shu", so I impulsively paired it with some oysters and had a glass.
It was very tasty.

It's been two years since I've seen Kagoshima sake, and it's not easy to find.
The slogan is "the truth of nature,
In a region where shochu (Japanese liquor) dominates the market,

Kameizumi" has been a long time coming.
This is one of my favorite brands,
I was impulsively tempted to buy it when I saw an unfamiliar yellow-labeled "Gin-no-Yume" on the shelf.
The fruity freshness that is typical of Kameizumi is still there, but the rice variety is different from the usual one, so I felt it was a little less pineapple-like.
It is delicious in its own way!
I want to drink it again.

The first "Aizu Musume".
I have been wanting to drink this one for a long time, and finally got to meet it.
A friend of mine who recommended Ishizuchi recommended Aizu Musume to me, and my expectations were high, but the taste exceeded my expectations.
I could not get enough of the umami taste that comes through gradually.
This is a must repeat!

I am happy to see that it is gaining popularity and spreading recognition.
I don't know where I can buy it, but it is always available at the izakaya "Iyokuya Yoiton" in Mizonokuchi, and I always drink it there without fail. I am glad to know that I can drink it anytime.
