This sake was brewed at Higashikawa (Sanzen Sakura Brewery) by Toji Takeda of Niigata Daiichi Sake Brewery, who brewed the sake Michiyanma. It is a great ❗ fruity drinker. This is Wataya Nama Special Junmai Genzake. This is the first time to drink this sake. The aroma is moderate and the refreshing acidity is good. It is a delicious sake with a good umami taste.
Nabeshima Hishu Blue Label is a regular sake. It is a normal sake. It's a delicious one with a nice sharp aftertaste. If possible, this is my favorite sake to drink every evening 🎶.
Niseko Shuzo Aoki Ogami Junmai Ginjo Namaishu. It is a tasty sake with a moderate aroma, a strong umami flavor, and a nice bitterness that is clean and crisp.
