I bought this sake when I visited a sake brewery during Golden Week. It is a sake developed jointly with Snow peak, a manufacturer of outdoor equipment. It is a delicious sake with the stable flavor of Kubota, yet clean and crisp.

I have only had doburoku, but this is the first time I have had pressed sake. It contains hops, so it feels like beer down your throat. It is very clean and you can taste the flavor of the rice. I would like to drink it again.
