I visited the brewery festival of Watanabe Sake Brewery in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture.
This brewery brews Hourai, which is shipped under the brand name W (double) to distributors nationwide, so I am sure many of you have had the chance to drink it.
We tasted five different kinds of sake and purchased a Junmai Daiginjo-shu and a Ginjo-shu Fukuro-hozuri Shibori from among them.
They are slightly different in taste, but both are delicious sake with a delicious rice flavor.
I am not sure which one to open first.
