ヱセ飲ん兵衛
It's my first time in Gifu prefecture.
I bought it on a business trip.
There are Yamada Nishiki, Aizan, and Omachi, and the price was going up from left to right!
When I asked the shop owner, he said it's just a matter of taste (lol)
So I chose Aizan in the middle.
The POP of the shop also said
"Fruity like a strawberry".
It has a very sweet aroma and taste!
I was surprised that it had such a fresh feeling even if it was brewed once!
However, I don't know the characteristics of the rice, and I'm sure I would have the same impression if I had chosen something else.
