The aroma is not as strong as I expected.
It was the first time for me to drink sake with a so-called "gassy" taste, so I thought, "Oooh, this is that gassy feeling! This is that gassy feeling! I was impressed!
After the sweetness, the sourness and bitterness spread on the palate, followed by the sweetness.
Light but rich!
It's wonderfully tasty!
