みうらうみEvery year around this time, when I go to the liquor store, I see a sign that says "KAUSHIBITO KUHEIJI: Light nigori" and I have always been curious about it, so this year I finally bought a bottle!
I was expecting it to be a sweet sake, but the first sip was very mild and smooth, but after the second sip, I felt the acidity was more pronounced!
It's the kind of sake that requires reservations every year! It is delicious!
Also, my lucky number is 9, so I would like to try other kinds of brewer's kuheiji!

The acidity rounded out towards the end, leaving a bit of sweetness and bitterness in the aftertaste!
Personally, I liked it best on the third day after opening the bottle, when the acidity was gone a bit!
