This is a sake called Rishu!
It is a sake made by Hakkaizan Hakkai Jozo!
When I bought a bottle of Jishin, the store's policy is to buy another bottle as a tying-in gift, and I was looking forward to it because it provides me with a sure-fire sake every time I buy it!
First of all, the labels are super cute! As a label collector, I can't get enough of this design!
And the taste was rather well sour!
Not so much sour, but fruity! It's more like a fruity sourness! As it says on the back, it has a nice grapefruit-like sourness with a hint of bitterness!
It's also perfect for a refreshing summer drink!
The aftertaste has a woody aroma on the nose!
They embraced a delicious and lovely sake! Happy (^^)
By the way, I heard that "sorin" in "rishu" is read as "koe" in kun-yomi.
