I found a store where I can buy Wind Forest, so I'm going to buy a variety of my favorite Wind Forest! So here it is this time!
My first bite was "The rice may be different, but the elegant sweetness is the same! My first bite was "Even though the rice is different, the refined sweetness is the same!
Compared to Akitsuho, I felt it had more fruit-like sweetness and sourness! Sweet and sour like strawberries! I think the Akitsuho one was sweet like rice or a high quality wasanbon!
As it approached room temperature, it also tasted a bit bitter!
The microbubbles and this gentle acidity are awesome!
When I was choosing, I decided to choose the one with the cherry color label because it is the season of cherry blossoms! I decided to choose this one, but it was already gone before I started drinking (lol), so I decided to use green for the sake cup!

The acidity has rounded out and the sweetness has increased. Flavoriness was there in the beginning though. It was sweet and tasty to the end!
