みうらうみI wandered over to my favorite liquor store and, lo and behold, I found a bottle of Tobiroki! It was a bit pricey for a daiginjo, but when I came across this one, I had to have it!
Not too sweet, but fruity and with a nice crisp aftertaste! Delicious!
It's quintessential!
As it gets closer to room temperature, I wonder if the bitterness gets a little stronger. I feel it.
It's famous for being resold, so the store had a sign that said "no resale".
I can't imagine not drinking such a delicious sake and turning it into money! I'll drink it myself and be happy.
