It is a Junmai Daiginjo from the famous Takashimizu brewery, so I had high expectations for it. The aroma is subtly fragrant with a hint of ginjo, and the taste is a refreshing mix of flavor and umami in the mouth. I can't stop drinking this cycle over and over again (lol). It was a gem I would drink again!
