Dewazakura is famous for this Sakurabana, a pioneer of ginjo-shu⁉
This time it's fire-brewed, but I've always loved this brand.
It is a timeless masterpiece. N.E.
Yamamoto-san hadn't had a chance to drink recently, come to think of it, there was a time when he was addicted to it...
It had been 2 years since I had tasted Pure Black 😮.
The freshness and juiciness of the wine brought back memories and made me nod my head and say, "This is it..." (^^)v N.E.
No label? 🤔
I was wondering, but as some of you have posted in the past, the staff of this store went to the brewery and directly pumped the sake!
Lightly cloudy and sweet flavor is my favorite 🎯.
It was very delicious. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, N.E. 😃.
Oooh! So this is one that made it to Iinuma Brewery in Tochigi City ‼️ I have a good feeling about your Tochigi love 🥰~! N.EHi Jay & Nobby 😆.
We were a skip in the restaurant but the sake love was 👍️ (and a sake love banner outside 🤣).
It was our first time to see you, but the chemistry was 👌.
There were other sakes that were PB or store exclusive, so I'd like to try them next time! N.E.
I've actually never had anything other than nigori before 😅.
I couldn't help but choose the RoMan one 🙏.
I had the basic Honjozo (dry), and while I can't pinpoint any outstanding characteristics, it is very cohesive and easy to drink. MaiGClear, refreshing and dry. Good as a food sake. Does not interfere with meals. MaiGSlightly yellowish and a bit dry, it is good as an oddball. It is good with strong bonito broth, slightly smoked food, cheese, and so on. MaiGIt was also delicious. Good balance. MaiGDon't forget if you don't write it down right then and there.
But I remember it was intensely delicious. w
I think it was not too sweet and had a good balance of umami and freshness. KNKYOShidaizumi Special Moto Mizutaki KNKYOMari Tokubetsu-izawai (unblended sake) Sake KNKYOZee Junmai Ginjo Original Sake Black Impact KNKYOHeki Frog (Awo Frog) Weak Secondary Fermentation Revenge Version
This was the first brand of sake from Shinmasa Shuzo that I had ever had.
It was delicious and interesting, with a flavor I had never really experienced before. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
