This was the first brand of sake from Shinmasa Shuzo that I had ever had.
It was delicious and interesting, with a flavor I had never really experienced before. KNKYOOhmine Junmai 3 grains Hi-ire Yamadanishiki 安江 裕太Dry, some bitterness, but elegant. Very likeable. 安江 裕太It is also sweet, but with a bitter end. TakThis was the second Hyakumeizan of the day. Tanigawadake had an image of being dry and refreshing, but the Junmai Daiginjo was very soft to drink.
