This was the first brand of sake from Shinmasa Shuzo that I had ever had.
It was delicious and interesting, with a flavor I had never really experienced before. KNKYOOhmine Junmai 3 grains Hi-ire Yamadanishiki 安江 裕太Dry, some bitterness, but elegant.
