I went to Nanyo Brewery at the end of the year and saw a line forming, so I was lucky enough to get it. I was lucky enough to get it. They only sold one bottle, but it was just right for me to go home at the end of the year. Now, this is my first time drinking Hachitanishiki Hanayo-yoku, and it's the same old Pina Poh! Sweetness and umami along with a hint of gas, dry acidity, very nice and easy to drink! Yum! I hope I can drink other Hanayo-yoku this year! I like: ☆☆☆☆☆

It came out even more at my parents-in-law's house. It's a cloudy sake, and you can feel the full flavor of the rice. It's 21%, so it's quite crisp, but it's so good that you can't stop drinking it. It's great for the new year's holiday. Taste: ☆☆☆☆

The one that they say they have at FAUCHON in France. It came out at my in-laws house! Thank you! One word, classy. It is delicious. Very easy to drink and very dangerous, with the 18% being apparent afterwards. Thanks for the treat. Preferred: ☆☆☆☆

A hint of gas with a hint of orage. It has an elegant sweetness and a firm acidity that disappears quickly. It's very easy to drink, and if you think it's like a low ale type - and it is delicious - be careful, it's a solid 15%. LOL! I like: ☆☆☆☆

This is my first Shinsei. I was able to get it after visiting liquor stores in Tokyo. I didn't think it would work, but I was lucky. There were other colors, but the clerk told me that this was the easiest one to start with, so I chose this one. It has a gassy, fruity scent, but in the end, it all disappears beautifully. Is it the opposite of the sharpness? It was a strange sensation, but I was quite surprised. The perfection is amazing, it's delicious. And what can I say, the cost is good! This is important. I wish it was easier to get. I wonder when I'll be able to buy the next Shinsei series. I like: ☆☆☆☆☆

I have always wanted to try Banshu Ikken. I bought it because it was the season for new sake and I liked the label. It has a freshness like new sake, and I felt it was hard, but I could drink it easily. It has a roundness that makes it easy to drink. I think it is partly because there has been a lot of sweet sake in recent years, but it has a good crispness and a strong sake feeling. It was delicious! Preferred: ☆☆☆☆

This is a test brew of Urasato, and I bought it because I really liked the last Urasato I had. It's very similar to the Manjusen wine yeast one. It's just like it says on the label, and it's good on the rocks or with soda. It's also the same as the Manjusen Green. Taste: ☆☆☆☆

We were able to obtain the autumn leaves label of Denshu. The aroma is elegant and modest. The taste is round and gentle on the palate. It was a very delicious sake with a good amount of gas left in it. I knew this Tasake was good! I'd like to get a different series again! Preferred: ☆☆☆☆☆

My first Akatake! It had a light, dry taste and was perfect as a food sake. Easy to drink! I looked it up, and it seems it's also good lukewarm. I drank it all cold. I want to drink the other series too! Preferred: ☆☆☆☆

When I saw this review, I wanted to try it, and I found it at a liquor store near me, so I got it. When I bought it, the owner talked about "Modern Yamahai" and "Yasuspe", and I learned a lot from him. I love people who talk about things passionately. Aside from that, this is a low alcohol beer. Too good, too dangerous. It's the kind of thing you can't help but notice. I guess 9% of this deliciousness requires a very high level of skill. The owner told me "Yasusupe will be finished this time, and a new brand will be launched as Modern Yamahai, so if you like it, please look forward to it". Yoshida Kura II, right? I haven't been able to get it yet, so if I find it, I'll promote it. I prefer: ☆☆☆☆☆

I've been curious about Kouryugiku for a long time, and I was able to buy it while I was in Tokyo playing with friends. It has the most characteristic acidity I've ever had. It's almost like yogurt? But it was a great balance and it was really tasty. Personally, I thought it might be classified as a "wacky" type, but my wife seemed to like it a lot. When I looked it up, I found out that it was made using lactobacillus acidophilus. I understand. Overall, it was a very interesting sake, with an impression of citrus, not sweet mikan, but more like iyokan or hassaku. I'd like to drink another series, too. Preferred: ☆☆☆☆

I wanted to drink the Collage at least once, and I was able to buy it by chance. I seem to remember that the label in the store said that it was left over from an exhibition. It is really delicious. I found out that the sake rice called "Sakemai" is very rare and only comes out once a year. It's so lucky! It has a gassy freshness that you wouldn't expect from a fire-retarded sake, and the umami and crispness are well-balanced with a moderate sweetness. I hope I can buy it again next year. I happened to be able to get it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop near the venue on the day of the vaccination. It seemed to be the day of arrival, so we were very lucky. It's so good! It's a low ale, so it was seriously gone in an instant. It has a muscat or banana type aroma, then sweetness and a nice sourness, and then it disappears quickly. It was right around the end of summer, and I was impressed that the name "sparkler" was perfect and well-described. I wish I could get the other series. I prefer: ☆☆☆☆☆

I've been wanting to try this for a long time, and I got it at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. No seriously, the location and selection is divine. Isn't this unfiltered unpasteurized sake? It's so gassy, it's hard to believe it's been hired. The aroma is gorgeous and clear, but it's a very easy drinking sake with a strong flavor. It was gone in an instant. It's really good. I really want to try the other ones! Preferred: ☆☆☆☆☆

I bought this because I liked the Pink Dare that I drank in early spring. It's good that it's dry as well as the Pink Dare. Even in it, you can feel a hint of sweetness and bitterness, and I thought it was made in a very good balance. Taste: ☆☆☆

I bought it because I was curious about it when I saw the label at the sake shop. It seems that Yume-Sasara is a sake rice produced in Tochigi. It has a muscat-like aroma with a good balance of sweetness and firm acidity. Taste: ☆☆☆☆

I got it at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. As I live in a rural area, I wanted to try this sake at least once, so I was delighted when I found it. That location is great. I've been drinking Junmai sake for a long time, but this Isoban is amazing. The taste is clean and clear, and the aroma, I don't know how to describe it, is very elegant. I'm convinced that this is popular. I felt like I had tasted the ultimate version of this beer. I would like to try the other versions. Preferred: ☆☆☆☆

Buy the label. I see, Fukui is famous for dinosaur, isn't it? When I checked, I found that it is all Fukui. The sake rice is "Sakahomare" and it is my first experience. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a soft texture and a refreshing aroma. After that, I felt a strong and crisp alcohol. It has a good balance of umami and sourness, and is suitable as a sake for sipping. I've never had any contact with Fukui in my life, so I feel like I've been blessed with good luck. This is a newcomer that I bought together with Denshu. The owner of the shop recommended this one to me. The sake brewer seems to have been replaced by a much younger one, but it seems that the sake made by this person suddenly won the top prize at Japan's largest competition, and he is a person to watch. When I looked him up, I found out that his name is Urasato Chikara, and he is of the same generation! It makes me happy and I want to support him. The brand that she has newly launched is called Urasato, and it seems to be rare to find it outside of her hometown. Now, this sake. At first, hmm? You don't feel anything? At first, it's so refreshing that you might think you can't feel anything. But as you take two or three sips, you can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice. It's like a sake for eating, but the balance of the flavors is incredibly good. So it's hard to give it a unique character, but it's really good anyway. It might be the first time for me to taste it. I don't know if I have enough words to describe it. My wife loved it so much that we both drank it in no time at all, and it was the fastest we've ever emptied it. It was one of those bottles that you want to have on hand at home. I'm curious about the Daiginjo, and conversely, the Junmaishu--! Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆☆
