I've been wanting to try this for a long time, and I got it at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station. No seriously, the location and selection is divine.
Isn't this unfiltered unpasteurized sake?
It's so gassy, it's hard to believe it's been hired.
The aroma is gorgeous and clear, but it's a very easy drinking sake with a strong flavor.
It was gone in an instant.
It's really good. I really want to try the other ones!
