I've been wanting to drink sake for a long time, and I found a liquor store in my neighborhood that carries it, and that's where I met it. First of all, it's cheap, less than 1500 yen. I guess it's because it's polished to a low 70%, but it's very attractive. And I was surprised at the taste. It's so good! It may have just completely matched my taste, but if it comes out again next year, I'm sure to repeat it. The moment you put it in your mouth, you get a crackling, tingling sensation like unfiltered undiluted sake, and then the rice flavor comes right after. Is it because it is Kojo Nishiki? Is it because it is low polished rice? Anyway, it's my favorite flavor. I don't know how to express myself. Both the cost and the taste are the best. Ah, I want to drink it again. This was also recommended by a friend. The first thing that surprised me was the pure white bottle! I think it's because it's been aged in a snow chamber for 3 years, and I think it's a wonderful design. Unlike the image of Hakkaisan, it is very mellow on the palate. It has a gorgeous aroma and is easy to drink. However, the alcohol content is quite high, but it doesn't feel like that at all, and it goes down smoothly. It's funny, I didn't even notice it was there. It doesn't interfere with the taste of food, so it can be used as a food wine. I think women would like this one. The bottle design and taste are very elegant. It's another great sake that I found. My personal rating: ☆☆☆☆

I received a bottle from a friend who recommended it to me. The label is very wine-like and very nice. Cute. Now, let's see what's inside. The aroma on the palate is lemon/lime, just like the label says. The next thing that comes is a very clear and beautiful taste. Then immediately comes a firm sourness that I've never felt before. Is this the power of wine yeast? It's delicious. I think it's quite sweet for a sake, but the acidity tightens it up and it's very complete. I get the impression that there are different types of people who don't like it, but if you're not a fan of sake, I think it will suit you. I love challenging things like this! Thank you my friend! On the spur of the moment, I poured some rock ice into a glass with a cut lemon and drank it, and it was a personal hit! It was as if I was drinking a lemon liqueur on the rocks. The slight melting of the ice, the moderate sweetness of the drink itself, the firm sourness, and the cut lemon create a nice synergistic effect that transforms the drink into something else! It's a wicked thing to do, but if you're progressive, give it a try! Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆

When I asked the liquor store, "Is there any good sake with a slightly dry taste? I asked the liquor store, and they recommended this one. When I heard it was made in Higashi-Hiroshima, I decided immediately. When I looked it up, I found it was in Akitsu. I'm from Hiroshima, but I hadn't heard the name of the place in a long time. Kure line, are you alive? Now, the contents... It's very refreshing and very easy to drink! The moment you put it in your mouth, you'll wonder if it's Junmai-shu. The aroma is so rich, I felt a grape type aroma. And although the mouthfeel is clean, you can feel the umami, and at the end there is a crisp, dry alcohol feeling. It's a very versatile sake that goes well with just about anything. I found myself opening almost a whole bottle with my wife. What a horrible child. But it's delicious, so it can't be helped. And the price is good. There's nothing to say! I met another good sake. Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆

I had my first taste of the same drink today. It's really delicious♪ I can understand why you drink it so easily because it is so smooth. It made me resent the fact that tomorrow is Monday.

This is one of the liquor store's recommended bottles that we found. "The liquor store recommended it to us. "It's a junmai-shu, but it tastes good and it's cosy. Also, the summery colored label is a nice touch. Now, about the contents, as he said, I could feel the flavor well. And yet, the aftertaste is refreshingly dry. I'd choose cold sake for this one - it's delicious. I think it was about 1100 yen? For such a cheap price, this taste is fantastic! Sake from Okayama is great! I've found another good sake! This is one of the bottles I got when I went out to Chichibu. The label and bottle design were cute, and it was for cold sake only, so I reached for it. I've never had Buko Masamune before, but it seems to be a local sake with a light, dry taste. So this one was very dry and light. However, I was able to taste the toro and the sweetness of the junmai. Above all, it's just a little over 1000 yen for a pure rice namaishu. Seriously cheap. And in May, Chichibu City and PayPay collaborated to offer a 20% return, great. Personal rating: ☆☆☆

This is another label buy! I bought it because it looks like something that tickles my kitchen mind, and because my hometown is Hiroshima. I moved out of the prefecture when I went to university, so when I thought about it, I realized that I had never drunk sake from Hiroshima before. Mottainai. I'd like to visit Saijo for sake someday. I had a lot of classmates from Saijo in high school, I wonder if they are all doing well? Well, what's in this one, well, it's good! The aroma in the mouth is fruity, and quite strong. Melon? Pear? I guess it's like a pear. When you put it in your mouth, it's mellow and very smooth, with a good amount of flavor that lasts for a little while, and then it ends with a nice alcohol feeling. It is very easy to drink and was emptied in an instant. Awesome. I found out that it is aged at minus 2 degrees for half a year. It's a very convincing taste. I was surprised to see the back of the label after I drank it. I also like this kind of playfulness. I've found another good sake! Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆

I've always wanted to try Kamikimoto, and it matched my boom in nama-gara sake, so I bought it, even though it was a bit expensive. Seriously, I'm glad I bought it! The aroma in the mouth is fruity and very refreshing. From the time you taste it to the time you swallow it, the taste is clean with a hint of sweetness. At the end, you can feel the crisp alcohol, but it's just right. It is more dry than most of the nama-gara-shu. That's the impression I get. In general, I think the word "elegant" or "honorable" is perfect. The wife said it was her favorite so far, and she seemed to like it a lot! It's something we like to keep on hand for a little luxury as a couple. Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆☆

I bought the label! It's flashy pink and the letters are turned upside down! It's called "Ura-Desagi". This is a rare one, and I thought it was worth buying. It's one of the best things to try new things without any previous information. Now, the important thing is what's inside... it's just so delicious! The aroma in the mouth is fruity but subdued. Then, after you put it in your mouth, you get the crackle that only nama-gara-shu can give you, and then you get the crisp, dry alcohol feeling of sake. I thought it had the perfect balance of aroma, flavor, and alcohol. Maybe it's because I've only been drinking sweet undiluted sake recently, but I liked it a lot! I really wanted to keep this on hand, but I looked it up and it's limited to 600 bottles, so it'll have to wait until next year. If I see it again next year, I'll definitely buy it! Thanks to the liquor store for letting me come across it! Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆☆

One word: easy to drink. The moment you put it in your mouth, you get a fruity aroma, and when you put it on your tongue, the sweetness of sake comes, and you feel the crackling carbonation that only unpasteurized sake can provide, without feeling much alcohol. I think I can understand why it is labeled as a wine. Well, my wife and I found ourselves drinking more than usual. I figured it would be good to recommend to others! Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆

I finally got my Hanayo-Yoku! It's my first Hanayo-Yoku! It smells amazing before you even put it in your mouth! In a word, it's gorgeous, but I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, which is really frustrating. I don't know how to describe it. But it's not just pineapple, it's a rich and unique fruit aroma. The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the sake comes first, followed by the crisp alcohol and the slight carbonation that only unpasteurized sake can provide. Then, after the crackling, the gorgeous aroma goes through the nose again. Mmm, this is perfection! It's insanely delicious! I want to keep this on hand! It was the best time. Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆☆

It's very light and has a crisp aftertaste. The moment you put it in your mouth, you think, "Huh? Is it water?" The taste is so clear that you think, "Is that water? However, the alcohol and the dry aroma immediately go through your nose. I drank it cold, but it would also go well with hot sake. It's a light, refreshing sake, so it's good to drink with food. I've found another good sake! Thanks for the food. Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆

First of all, the label is beautiful and cute. First off, the fruity aroma before you even put it in your mouth is awesome! It's probably pineapple type, very refreshing. Then, along with the moderate sweetness, there's a hint of carbonation that you can only get from unpasteurized sake. It's so easy to drink, so delicious! Is this a 3 star Kiramikudoshi? I'd like to try the other Kirameki-degrees if I can, it's a great sake! Personal rating: ☆☆☆☆
