It is a sake that was developed this year as a new brand "Genzai".
The clerk told me that this is the only special distributor outside of Fukushima Prefecture yet (a sake store in Tokyo's Seichi).
It seems that the new president of Suehiro Sake Brewery brought it in, and as a result, the chairman of Seijo decided to sell it.
So I bought it because I had a feeling that it would sell well in the future.
(Tobiroki, also from Aizu, took a leap forward from this liquor store.)
It is fire-roasted, but it is very tasty with a fresh flavor that spreads and disappears quickly.
It is likely to become popular nationwide in the near future.
I am looking forward to its future.
