The sales were so good that I bought it without a second thought.
The first day it was dry and bitter, but the second day it was delicious! It was sweet and the bitterness disappeared, leaving an elegant finish. I wanted to drink as much as I could, but I held back and saved some for next time. It was delicious!

This is the last year's autumn bottle. We missed the timing to drink it, so we let it sit for a year before opening the bottle this fall 😄.
It has a nice aroma from the glass, sweet and tasty on the palate, fresh and mild, and disappears in the mouth.
We had a good bottle.

Junmai-shu has aged well and has a nice white wine-like color. It has a nice aroma, and in the mouth it has a freshness and light sweetness, but with a nice sharpness. Cosy and delicious.

It is a sake that was developed this year as a new brand "Genzai".
The clerk told me that this is the only special distributor outside of Fukushima Prefecture yet (a sake store in Tokyo's Seichi).
It seems that the new president of Suehiro Sake Brewery brought it in, and as a result, the chairman of Seijo decided to sell it.
So I bought it because I had a feeling that it would sell well in the future.
(Tobiroki, also from Aizu, took a leap forward from this liquor store.)
It is fire-roasted, but it is very tasty with a fresh flavor that spreads and disappears quickly.
It is likely to become popular nationwide in the near future.
I am looking forward to its future.

I happened to find it at my favorite liquor store, and when I looked at the label on the back, I saw that it was made by Okazaki Shuzo, the Shinshu Kamerei brewer! So I bought it.
It was a good sake for a meal with a light gaseous taste and a fresh and refreshing flavor.

I drank it on the second and third days after opening the bottle. It tastes better than the first day! It is a good sake.
