Happy New Year to everyone 🎍. I decided to have this on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day 👆. Actually, when I got a bottle of Gin-Sen in 2023, I thought it was dry, alcoholic and high in alcohol, so I passed on 2024, but I got it last month to try again in 2025 😄. Now, here is my review. From the exterior, you can see a lot of haze! I wonder if there was any haze last time? I'm enjoying it to see if it has undergone some minor changes. Let's open the bottle. First, we will drink the top clear liquid without mixing the haze. It smells good. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to find it has a mild sweetness and is very tasty 🎉. It's totally different from my last impression 🥰. Next, I mixed in some Kasumi, and the taste became more dense and delicious! No bitterness, no bitter taste of alsobe! This is amazing 👏! I wonder if the purpose of this aluzoe is to raise the alcohol content once 🤔. I believe the concept was to match with strong flavors during New Year's, etc. It's also good that it's 17 degrees so it's very drinkable! This was delicious! I hope to get it next year 📝.

The 4th year of Kangiku Nigori and it's a masterpiece😍! The taste is just as it says on the back label 👆. It has a lot of shareshness, it's an adult soda 🤩, and it's really tasty! It's a great soda! It's just too easy to drink at 13 degrees, I finished a bottle by myself in a day 🤣I'll have to buy a bottle of this 😅.

I bought it for the second time last season because I enjoyed it so much the first time I tried Arashidou's 😊. I'll have some 🙇. Very tasty😍. It has a sweetness and no bitterness, it's indescribably delicious 😋 It doesn't have a gassy feeling. It's smooth and smooth to drink👍 I know not many stores carry it, but if you see it, I highly recommend you give it a try 💕

This is the first time I have had Fukkai. I have been curious about Fukkai for a while now and this time I bought it because it looks so good 😊. Well, here we go 🥂. The opening of the bottle sounds great 🎵. Pouring it into 🍸️, it's slightly effervescent and smells really good, like apples 😍. It's cloudy and juicy with a touch of schwarziness 💕. But not too sweet and crisp, "this is delicious" 👍. I found another great sake 🍶.

I have been enjoying 寫楽 since I visited the brewery on a trip to Fukushima about 10 years ago and purchased a bottle of junmai sake 🙋. Since then, 寫楽 has been very popular, but it's been so empty 😅. Well, lucky for me, I found it last week 😊. I got it right away 👆. So we will open the bottle on the same day 🎉. The color is like a beautiful calpis soda without having to turn the bottle up and down, the color is so beautiful 🤤, I have high expectations 🤤. In the mouth - yummy 🤩! I didn't know it was this good, honestly it's superb 🥰. Elegant aroma, sweet flavor, light schwag, and a beautiful finish with a touch of corkage 👍That's my favorite 🥰! I'd like to drink it again 💕 although 寫楽 is a bit expensive. P.S. I'm trying to attach a photo and it fails to update 😭 why? →I was able to upload photos at home with WiFi, it's a mystery why it didn't work outside 😊.

I've always wanted to drink Machida Shuzo, first time is special? I've always wanted to drink Machida Sake Brewery, and my first time was a special one. I had high expectations that it would be delicious 🍶. The moment it was opened, the sweet aroma rose up in the air, and in the mouth it was fresh, sweet and delicious with a light gaseous sensation. The second half of the bottle was smooth and the sweetness didn't run off and it was delicious 🥰. Overall, it was well-balanced and delicious 👏.

Jay & Nobby told me 📝 that they recommend Urasato's light nigori. Yes, I was able to purchase it with my aim👏. On the day of purchase, there was a huge crowd of customers looking for Urasato Usunigori, Kangiku no Nigori, and Kahanayo Oorigarami. I was super happy to get the Urasato Usunigori just in time. I was desperate 🤣. I was so excited that I opened the bottle on the same day 😊. On the first day, it was rather dry with a gassy taste 🍶. The last junmai sake hi-iri I drank was also dry on the first day, so it was as expected 😄. It's the second day and it's at its best 🥳. Jay & Nobby, it was delicious 🤤!

I got it on the wave because it has a very good reputation as my favorite cold chrysanthemum 🌊😊. Well, this is certainly delicious 👍🥳. Sweet and juicy, gassy and chili, with a little bitterness and a nice accent 💕. I'd like to get the version without the oli next year 🤗.

This is one of the bottles that I went on an expedition to purchase because it was delicious as a tax return gift from my hometown. I'll take it 🥂. The aroma is modest and elegant. On the palate, it has a perfect balance of mild sweetness and acidity with a slight gasiness, perfect for a mealtime drink💕. The overall impression was more mature than I had imagined, probably because it was chilled rather well 😄. Personally, I preferred Miyamanishiki✨. Mikotsuru, next time I would like to try a draft 👆😁😁.

I've been saving this bottle for a while 😊. I have had Sake Mirai before at Eiko-Fuji. I wonder how it will be with Kangiku, I'm looking forward to it. It's a good sound when you open the bottle 🎵. I'll take it 🥂. The fruity aroma is soft and fluffy. It is juicy with dense sweetness in the mouth. The second half is a little bitter and tight with a slight carbonation, which is unique to Kangiku... ⤴️ This sweetness is different from the other Kangiku I've had so far, it's a new sweetness for me 😊. Yes, this is a wonderland 🤣. It's a different taste from the Sake Mirai at Eikoufuji 💕 Well, it was a very satisfying bottle to drink 👏.

My first Koei Chrysanthemum 😄 I've been wanting to try it for a long time and finally went on an expedition to buy it! I've been wanting to try it for a long time and finally went out and bought it! I'll have a sip. 🍸️ It has a refreshing aroma like citrus fruits. 🍋‍🟩 When you put it in your mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a beautiful mouthfeel. There is no gassy feeling. Well, as the name suggests, I felt it was a refreshing sake ☺️🌊It is very good for summer time or something 👆. It was delicious 🥰. I imagined it to be a bit sweeter than this. This is my first time at Miyazumi😊. I was curious about it because of the label and the rice, Fukunoka, but I left without buying it at first. But then I saw your post on sakewa and thought "I want to drink it after all 👆" and ran out to buy it the next day 😁. The taste is delicious with a hint of fluffy rice flavor and just the right amount of sweetness 😋😋. I was right to drink it in autumn 🙋.

I opened the bottle at ☺️ with no worries that the bottle will be opened without any snaps. Now let's drink it. When you pour it into a glass, it is good to see faint air bubbles on the glass. The aroma is a faint sweet aroma that is not too assertive. In the mouth, it tastes fresh, fruity, and beautiful. It has a gentle and delicious flavor 😍. It's delicious💕! It's good that we can enjoy various tastes of the same Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi!

Your recent review of Hana Yuu made me want to drink it, so I decided to change my plans and have it 😊. I don't remember when I drank it, but it's been a long time since I've had Hanayuyuu. Now the bottle is open, and it has quietly opened. I poured some into 🍸️ and checked the aroma. "Oh," I thought, "this is my favorite aroma I've had recently. In the mouth, there is no gas, but it is sweet and juicy, with a beautifully soft texture and no bitterness 💕. What is this incomparable taste 🎉? It's not just sweet and juicy 👍 I didn't know it was this good 🥳. I'm really glad I drank it this time 🥰. It's a perfect score 💯 in Kin-chan's fancy dress award 🎉! My heart was so excited 🥰. I would like to try the nama sake at this Hanamamu as well! I wonder if the nama sake will add a gassy feeling to it - looking forward to it! This was really delicious 💕

This is the second bottle of Shimosuwa Town's hometown tax return gift. I was looking forward to the Suwa Miyamanishiki, so I received the Gohyakumangoku first. I let it sit for a year 🫠. I was surprised when I heard a powerful popping sound! This is a fire-roasting! Really 👍! I pour it into 🍸️ and check the aroma, it smells fresh and nice, I'll take it 🙇. It has a sweet and juicy flavor with a hint of bitterness that disappears nicely in the mouth with a gassy, sweet and juicy taste like a fresh sake. It is as good as expected 😍. I finished it over the course of three days and it was delicious sake from start to finish ✨. Thank you for the best return gift 🙇. It's a shame that my favorite liquor store doesn't carry it, or maybe it's because they don't have it, so I had to ask for it 🎁. I wanted to drink it more and more, so I decided to go a little further and buy it next season 👆🤣.

Is it the only one in Hana-yori? It is the only one in the Hanayo Yauke brand? It is a Junmai Daiginjo with 40 Yamadanishiki polishes, so it is a little expensive bottle! Open the bottle with high expectations. The aroma is subtle. When you sip it, the pineapple flavor of the Hana-yosu is less pronounced and the bitterness comes rushing in. Wow, the bitterness is stronger than ever before. 😏. The usual juicy feeling is also miniscule, oh my? Day two. Not much change. Hmmm 🤔 I had high hopes for the price 🥲. Third day Oh the bitterness is less! 🥰. Yeah, this is getting tastier! I'm glad I left it until the third day! 🤗 Price is not always proportional to how good it tastes 😅. I don't know if it's because it's fire-infused or what, but it wasn't a full-blown Huayangyu world, it was one of the less impactful bottles. Of course it tasted good, but I thought that I prefer Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake for HANAYOSUKA 🤣.

Well, tonight, I'm opening a bottle of this one that I bought a year ago 🍶. This one will be served at room temperature 🙇. It is golden in color and has a matured feel. It has a soft and round mouthfeel and a mature taste. ☺️ This is a true junmai hiyaoroshi taste👍. It goes well with tempura...I'm so happy to drink sake after a long time 🥰! I get drunk after a long time 🤣. Thank you for the food 💕

Here is the fourth (and last) one! It is Mr. Tokkuei, who has a one-rank higher appearance from the outside 🥹. This is the one I brought😊. I brought it because I predicted, without a doubt, that everyone had never had it before. A nice sound when you open the bottle 🎉. Well, I'll have some 🙇. It's extraordinarily delicious 🥳. It is deliciously sweet and has a modest but sure aroma, and it disappears in the mouth, surrounded by happy fruit. Very tasty! Excellent balance 👏. Personally, I think it's today's number one 🥇. But all of them were really delicious💕 I ended up finishing 4 bottles 🤣.
