Today I bought Shichida for the first time.
I didn't smell or taste much of its characteristics due to a cold.
But it was refreshing and easy to drink.
It was kind of frustrating, so I'll try it again when I'm feeling better.

The aroma is not very distinctive.
But when you drink it, you can feel a faint sense of fruitiness in the delicious taste of rice.
The white one is sweeter and the black one is a little dry.
I liked the sweetness and umami, but not too sweet.
I would like to try the white one someday!

Machida Sake Brewery has been on my mind for a long time.
For the first time, I chose Omachi.
Fruity aroma when you open the bottle!
This is my absolute favorite!
It has a juicy sweetness in the mouth, but never too sweet, and I loved it!
I also bought the MAX Daiginjo to give to my dad for Father's Day. I am looking forward to giving it to him!

This sake was also introduced on Sakelabo-chan. This limited edition sake is full of the owner's passion. Although it has a high alcohol content of 17%, it is not harsh at all, and the taste is refreshing and rather easy to drink. It is neither dry nor sweet, and I like its taste.

A while ago, I told my parents about my recent addiction to sake, and today my father suddenly delivered it to me. He bought it in line at a sake brewery.
It tastes fruity, slightly sweet, refreshing and easy to drink!

First time at Glorious Fuji!
This is so delicious!
From the moment you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma, and when you drink it, the sweet fruitiness is just as good as the aroma! The high alcohol content (16.2 degrees) is a lie, but it is very easy to drink!
It is perfect for amateur sake drinkers!

Finally, Sentori debuts.
I was caught off guard. The moment I opened the bottle, gas started gushing out and I quickly closed it, but some spilled out.
Is this amount of gas too much for a fire-firing? Is this it? Is this Sengkyo?
Then, after slowly letting off the gas, it was finally ready to drink.
It is not slightly effervescent, but rather fizzy and cloudy, with a green apple-like acidity, and since it has low alcohol content, it goes down very smoothly.
I would like to enjoy the change in taste after the gas is released day by day.

Sakura version of Ohmine Cup
The cups are so cute that I bought two of them. You can use them as glasses after drinking. The taste is of course sweet and fruity.

This was my first time drinking Yuki no Mayu. It was fruity but I couldn't tell what kind of fruit it was, and it was slightly fizzy and refreshingly sweet with a slight bitterness.
I liked it better after the second day, when the fizz had lessened, because I could taste more sweetness.
I can't drink much, but as someone who likes to try different brands, the 300 ml bottles are very welcome.

Then I got hooked on Omine Sake Brewery rather than sake.
I went to the brewery's café because it was in my hometown.
I drank coffee instead of sake. LOL!

I remember asking the shopkeeper, "I prefer sweet sake to dry sake, do you have any recommendations for me? How embarrassing!
