Today's saké is "Garden Uguisu Toku Jun Chukumi" 😊It's been a while since I've had Uguisu. I wonder when was the last time 🤔.
The color is clear and the aroma is close to that of plums? It has a sweet and bitter aftertaste when you put it in your mouth 😀 Yes, it's delicious👍.
Today I had it with sardine sashimi and chicken tempura wrapped in shiso. I'm craving for some pork bone ramen to finish off the meal 😋.
