At "Gekkashibijin" in Tenryu-kyo.
Today we visited Gekkashibijin in Tenryu Gorge on our Iida Line trip👍. The weather was nice 😀.
Today's sake is Sarukura no Izumi😋 made with Miyamanishiki from Shinshu and Sarukura no Izumi, which was selected as one of the best 100 waters for brewing.
The color is clear and the aroma is like mountain peaches 🤔.
When you put it in your mouth, it has bitterness, a hint of sweetness, and a spicy taste that goes down your throat. It is an elegant food sake. Very tasty.
Today, I served it with grilled duck with miso, grilled Shinshu beef with toban, grilled tenko with salt, etc., but the one I liked the most and matched it well was boiled trout with yuzu.
The one I liked the best was the trout simmered in yuzu (soybean paste). I think it goes well with the tsukudani type of food because it is their specialty 😆 It was very tasty! I was very satisfied.
