I bought this sake 🍶 at a nearby Wellesia. I was surprised to see how many different kinds of local sake are sold at drugstores these days 🤔Surprise😲.
The color is clear to slightly yellowish clear. The aroma is a berry type of ginjo aroma? Very nice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a nice spiciness from the bitterness. Today, I had it with bonito tataki. Naturally, they go well together. It's hot in the afternoon, but it's nice in the summer in Japan.
