100% Akita Sake Komachi produced in Akita Prefecture is used. Since 2022, Maruhi has been using multi-acidic yeast No.77, which is characterized by sweetness and acidity.
The color is clear and the aroma is sweet like apricot 🤔In the mouth, it has soft and strong sweetness, a little sourness and bitterness. The aftertaste is clean.
As expected of Marufei, it is delicious 😆.
Today I had it with fried eggplant with meat miso. I wondered if it would go well with the sweetness, but there was no problem. It might be good with chili sauce or dishes using chili peppers 😋.
