The aroma is fruity and gorgeous. The mouthfeel is light, fresh, juicy, and juicy.
It is also nice that it disappears smoothly after drinking.
Hououmida's Sake Mirai is delicious!
The aroma is fruity, and from the moment it enters the mouth, it tastes tropical and fresh like pineapple, with a crisp acidity at the end.
You can never go wrong with Kangiku!
I am always interested in sake made from Sake Mirai, a sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of Jyushiyo. This time, for the first time, I was able to try Sake Mirai made from Ichibakusuisei rice.
What was it like? It was somewhat different from the Sake Mirai I have had in the past. The aroma and sweetness are moderate, but after the umami of the rice, you can taste the acidity and the aftertaste disappears nicely.
There is not much change in taste after opening the bottle.
Immediately after opening the bottle, I was surprised by the aroma in the glass, which smelled exactly like ramune.
After the refreshing aroma and the delicious taste of rice, a slight sourness can be felt in the aftertaste.
It has been a long time since I have had Takachiyo, but it is still as delicious as ever, including the cost performance.
I bought this sake when I went back to Aomori for GW. It has an apple-like aroma, which is typical of Aomori.
It has a refreshing taste like a ginjo-shu. The cost performance is good, and the sake goes down smoothly.
It has a citrusy and fresh taste, like pink grapefruit.
On the second day, the taste changes and the sweetness becomes stronger, and I think it tastes even better.
I am looking forward to more flavor changes tomorrow and beyond.
The aroma is not strong, but only softly fragrant, making you feel as if you are drinking a rice wine. It also has a sour taste in the mouth, so it goes well with a variety of snacks.
The freshness, reminiscent of citrus fruits, is most pleasant. The taste of freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake is clean and clear with a lingering finish.
The label is cool too!
The aroma is modest, but the fresh aroma is pleasant. The sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt, but it is not harsh and the clarity is excellent.
The wine-like noble feeling is irresistible. The fruity flavor that overflows in the mouth with a sizzling sensation, and the sharpness is superb. As the temperature gradually rises, the acidity comes out, which is also a nice pleasure.
The acidity was impressive, which is rare for a Toyobai sake.
Yet, it still has the same clear taste, and the acidity gives it a nice sense of closure.
It is a sake that seems to go well with fish.
I almost drank it all before I could take a picture. Oh no, oh no.
We received a sake made from a rare rice, Hazhu Honor, produced in Yamagata Prefecture.
The refreshing fruity aroma, which is not exaggerated, is pleasant at first!
The mouthfeel is clear, crisp, and refreshing, as is typical of Kangiku, and goes well with all kinds of food.
The fruity flavor of white peaches combined with the slight effervescence of a chili pepper sensation, and the refreshing sensation that passes down the throat, first of all, gives you the most pleasant feeling.
Akabu, delicious as always. ‼️
The last bottle of this year is the first Toyo Bijin in a long time.
It has a fruity aroma like green apples, a sweet and refreshing taste, and a sourness at the end that is irresistible.
A lot has happened this year.
I wish you all a happy new year.
The fruity aroma like white peaches is irresistible. The clear, well-honed flavor struck my taste buds. It was so good that I was swooning when I took a sip.
