At a sake store I visited for the first time, I was asked, "What do you recommend that is sweet, tasty, refreshing, and sharp?" I was recommended this sake. I had never heard of this brand before, but there was nothing wrong with the recommendation! The fluffy and fruity aroma made me think of all the recommended keywords. I may be drinking a sake that may eventually break out. Delicious!

I saw it in a supermarket and bought it after a long time. It's a raw sake from Kamizen Nyosui, and I wanted to drink it. It has a pineapple aroma, is clear and refreshing, and is easy to drink. It is a good value for money.

The first sake I ever tasted was Atago no Matsu. I still remember that it was the perfect marriage with pickled firefly squid. It has been a long time since I had this sake, but it is still as delicious as ever. And it was the first time I had it in a long time, and it was still as good as ever.

This is delicious ‼️ I thought of many comments, but it hit my taste buds with a thud. I think it was served cold, but it was the most pleasant sake with freshness and umami. Akabu is delicious no matter what you drink. And the label is cool too.

It smelled like muscat. I think the aroma was better on the second day than on the first day. The taste is more like a condensed sweetness and umami of rice rather than a refreshing taste. I enjoy the taste every day while sipping it.

Immediately after opening the bottle, it was dry and dry, perhaps due to the 17% alcohol content. Then, after leaving it in the refrigerator for about 5 days due to a business trip, the taste changed drastically! There is almost no aroma, but it has turned into a crisp, sweet and delicious sake. There are not many sakes that have changed in taste like this.

I bought this series, which I always keep in the refrigerator at my favorite liquor store, because it was discounted. The color is amber, reminiscent of an aged sake, but the aroma has a young melon flavor, and there is a slight carbonation. It has more acidity than the umami of the rice. This seems to be a good match with meat rather than fish.

Immediately after opening the bottle, I had it with a pong and a slight carbonation. The sweetness increased as the temperature rose, with more acidity in the aftertaste than sweetness. Delicious 😋.
