I bought this sake when I was in Niigata Prefecture, and being a limited edition Takachiyo lover, I immediately bought it.
I bought it right away because I love Takachiyo and it is limited edition.
It is simply delicious!
It is sweet and tasty, but has a great comforting feeling that disappears the moment you put it in your mouth.
The label design is also cool, and Kangiku is delicious no matter what you drink.
We naturally received the second Mikumari.
It is a sensational sake that opens the door to a new category of sake.
Naturally, the fizzy sensation was pleasant and the sake went down a treat. I am thankful that I was able to purchase it, but I wonder if there will be a third Mikumari?
Good evening, Mr. Hinde 😃.
After seeing Hinde's post, we too opened our gates to receive the first round 😋, but I knew it was inevitable that we would go for the second round 😊Mikumari, I hope you will make it a regular 🤗.
I happened to see a Niigata Prefecture limited edition sake and was able to purchase it in Niigata Prefecture. The aroma is that of white wine itself.
I realized that Takachiyo, which is written in kanji (Chinese characters), is so different from Takachiyo, which is written in hiragana. The taste is very much like the flavor of rice, and I felt it was perfect for sashimi and other Japanese dishes.
The aroma is gentle, like that of white peaches. The taste is rich, sweet, and delicious.
I purchased this sake in Niigata Prefecture, but I have never seen this sake in my area, and Niigata's sake is very deep.
It has been a long time since I was able to buy a brewed forest.
I can't get enough of the slightly carbonated, shwashy feeling.
It is fruity and makes me wish there was a genre of rice champagne.
It is as delicious as ever!
Good evening, Mr. Hinde.
I had the first time to try the brewed forest the other day and it is really delicious 🎵.
It was a real treat for my tired body. ⤴️
I also got a Junmai Daiginjo and I am looking forward to drinking it 😊.
It had a calming taste, and the image was different from the Hououmida I have had in the past, and I felt it was closer to a classic.
It was a great marriage with cheese.
The fresh and fresh taste is so good that you can gobble it down as a summer sake.
The aroma also has a freshness that reminds me of rum and grapefruit.
Congratulations on winning the SAKE COMPETITION 2024 GOLD award.
It has a grapefruit aroma when cold and a rummy aroma as the temperature rises.
The aroma and fresh flavor are irresistible.
As the label on the back says, this sake is fresh and young, like apple juice. It is a delicious, sweet and crisp sake perfect for summer.
Kangiku is delicious no matter what you drink.
This sake is brewed with a unique blend of various rice varieties.
The sweet and delicious aroma is like a Niagara wine.
The aroma is good, the taste is sweet, and it is refreshing, making it the perfect sake for summer. Haya-ya is my favorite.
It is a dry junmai sake made with Nara Prefecture's only rice suitable for sake brewing, Rohafu.
Unlike the Mimuro-Sugi I have had in the past, this sake has a more classic taste.
I chose this bottle after having tasted a variety of delicious sakes at a Takeyuki sake tasting.
The fruity aroma was overwhelming, and the beautiful taste on the palate was irresistible. Congratulations to the 6th place winner in the Junmai Ginjo category of SakeCompetition2024!
From the aroma, it is full and fruity. The mouthfeel is juicy and delicious, with the delicious flavor of rice rushing in.
Even my wife, who is not a sake drinker, enjoyed it as if it were wine. I enjoy this sake with the thought that it is a Junmai Ginjo level sake.
The fresh, fruity aroma of muscat-like fruit is great, and the aroma alone is enjoyable.
The mouthfeel is clear, which I like, and it goes well with cheese.
If you like fruity, sweet and clear, you will be satisfied with this wine.
It is a sake that has betrayed the image of Hououmida that I have had so far, in a good way.
It is great to drink in the summer because it is so refreshing when poured into a glass.
The taste is dry and dry, and you can gobble it up.
